“If you want to look for the best service and top hospitality in Hong Kong (or perhaps Asia or the World), look no further but come to the Mandarin Oriental in Central.This hotel never fails to amaze, from the Captains Bar by the entrance - serving beer in ice cold silver mug, to hidden cigar bar on the ground floor, and the tremendous selection of whiskey selection at Chinnery on the 2nd floor.The service here is second to none. We came here as a mini vacation during COVID as we can't go anywhere else outside HK. We were greeted by the guest relation manager Vivien Law as we arrived the hotel, since then the whole experience at the hotel was superb.Unfortunately, some of the facilities were closed down due to COVID measures imposed by the HK Govt.But with help from Vivien we were able to try our the barber service, their great dimsum and imfamous cheesecake, as well in room in dining.If you are into history, this hotel has a great heritage.do a google search on their bars (captains bar and chinnery), or just read up on the history of the hotel in general will make you fall in love even more.The 1 night stay for us felt like a vacation in a resort in Thailand.I will definitely come back again for their food and hotel stay.”

“It was our first time staying at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong, which is a truly iconic hotel. As soon as we entered the hotel we were able to feel the exuberance and warmth. All staff were extremely friendly, and I would like to specially thank Ms. Vivien Law, who went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We stayed in a beautiful harbour view room, which was extremely roomy yet the furnishing made the room very cozy. Due to Covid restrictions on dining after 6pm, our stay included a 3-course in-room dinner, and the hotel was very accommodating with regards to our dietary requirements. The breakfast buffet was delicious. All in all I would highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental for its luxury and location, in the heart of Central.”
