O hotel é MARAVILHOSO,funcionários bem atenciosos,instalações muito confortáveis,aconchegante,romântico,região de com grandes vinícolas,deste hotel saímos para o passeio de balão o qual foi sensacional. No retorno do passeio de balão tivemos um brunch delicioso nos esperando no hotel, em seguida saimos para um tour pelas vinícolas da região.Enfim,foi tudo de bom.

Ótimo hotel em Napa. Não bem no centro, mas perto o suficiente. Os quartos são agradáveis e limpos. Os jardins são muito bons. Eles têm uma área externa para tomar uma bebida e sair. TVs ao ar livre, dardos, mesas de pingue-pongue e buraco de milho. Super divertido para relaxar ao ar livre e jogar com os amigos. O bar dentro é bom e eles têm algumas boas bebidas. A equipe da recepção é um pouco menos educada sobre como tratar os hóspedes. Não muito útil com pedidos.

Ok, the hotel was close to becoming lower only because of the restaurant. The in house restaurant had very limited menu and nothing for our family to enjoy. The Cesar salad was costly (more than one would expect). We did not eat there the rest of the trip since it was mostly sea food. I observed that most customers just had stuff delivered. The hotel itself was a good value.

Great hotel in Napa. Not right downtown but close enough. Rooms are nice and clean. Grounds are really nice. They have an outdoor area to grab a drink and hang out. Outdoor TVs, dart boards, ping pong tables and corn hole. Super fun to just relax outside and play games with friends. The bar inside is nice and they have some good drinks. The front desk staff is a little under educated on how to treat guests. Not very helpful with requests.

Estadia incrível aqui enquanto visitava Napa Valley! Parece que o hotel foi reformado e honestamente superou nossas expectativas de um Marriott. Eles têm duas novas áreas externas - uma com buraco de milho, mesas de pingue-pongue, dardos e assentos confortáveis com fogueiras e TVs e a outra tinha uma sensação mais relaxante com móveis confortáveis ao ar livre sob um pavilhão. Ambos fantásticos! Eles também têm vantagens muito divertidas, como vinho grátis à noite e s'mores! Os quartos eram limpos e novos e as camas confortáveis. A equipe foi muito agradável e o café da manhã no restaurante dentro do hotel foi ótimo! Também - EXCELENTE localização. A 10 minutos do centro de Napa e saindo do hotel, você chegará à rodovia que abriga centenas de vinícolas no vale. Dirigimos apenas 25 minutos e estávamos no paraíso da vinícola. Eu definitivamente estarei de volta!

Incredible stay here while visiting Napa Valley! It looks like the hotel was just renovated and it honestly surpassed our expectations of a Marriott. They have two new outside areas - one with corn hole, ping pong tables, darts, and comfortable seating with fire pits and TV’s and the other had a more relaxing feel with comfy outdoor furniture under a pavilion. Both fantastic! They also have very fun perks like free wine pours in the evening and s’mores! The rooms were clean and new and the beds comfortable. The staff was very nice & the breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel was great! Also - GREAT location. 10 minutes to downtown Napa and turning out of the hotel will get you onto the highway that houses hundreds ofwineries in the valley. We drove only 25 minutes and were in winery heaven. I will definitely be back!

Tinha um quarto encantador que era de um tamanho decente, no entanto, era super escuro devido às árvores e plantas do lado de fora. Had a lovely room which was a decent size however it was super dark due to the trees and plants outside. There is a significant amount of construction going on, which has limited the use of some facilities. So definitely check in advance what’s open and what’s not. Loved the pool area, beautifully done, very tranquil and calming!

Boa localização, quarto era bom. Nicole e duas das senhoras da recepção foram muito simpáticos e prestativos.A questão é que o hotel é super barulhento durante a noite, o que arruinou todo o propósito de descansar, relaxar e recarregar - não espere dormir até meia-noite porque vai ter muita gente ficando acordada até tarde no pátio bebendo, gritando e rindo alto, o que pode ser ouvido claramente nos quartos voltados para o pátio. A recepção não fez um bom trabalho ao pedir-lhes para manter a calma e respeitar outras pessoas. Em vez disso, eles pediriam que você usasse fones de ouvido. Sendo uma pessoa que dorme cedo, sinto-me bastante privado de sono depois de duas noites aqui.

Este Marriott foi um bom lugar para ficar em Napa; ótima localização para viajar pelo vale até as vinícolas sem gastar uma quantia exorbitante que você faria para outros hotéis da cidade que podem ter mais luxo e comodidades.O destaque foi o serviço que recebemos do gerente da recepção Nichole. Tivemos alguns problemas com o carro em nossa viagem, e Nichole imediatamente entrou em ação e foi além para nos fazer sentir confortáveis enquanto a situação era tratada. A manifestação de ajuda e simpatia que recebemos de toda a equipe foi maravilhosa e tornou o tratamento da situação muito menos estressante. Eles também foram capazes de segurar nossa bagagem após o check-out antes do nosso voo para ajudar a tornar o "fiasco do carro" mais fácil.Obrigado mais uma vez Nicolle!!!!

This is a really nice hotel. My experiencewasn't the best because of the construction going on, but I'll be back!We had to park on the other side of the hotel and parking was limited.The staff were very nice and the rooms were modern and clean.

Good location, room was fine. Nicole and two of the front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly. The issue is that the hotel is super noisy during the night, which has ruined the whole purpose of resting, relaxing and recharging - don't expect to fall asleep until midnight cause there will be lots of people staying up late in the patio drinking, shouting and laughing loudly, which can be clearly heard in rooms facing the patio. The front desk didn't do a good job in requesting them to keep it quiet and respect other people. Instead, they would ask you to use ear buds. Being an early sleeping person, I feel quite sleep deprived after two nights here.

This Marriott was a good-value place to stay in Napa; great location to travel up valley to the wineries without shelling out an exorbitant amount that you would for other hotels in town that may have more frills and amenities. The standout though was the service we received from the front desk manager Nichole. We had a bit of car trouble on our trip, and Nichole immediately sprang into action and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while the situation was handled. The outpouring of help and sympathy we got from all the staff was wonderful and made dealing with the situation much less stressful. They also were able to hold our luggage after check-out before our flight to help make the "car fiasco" easier. Thank you again Nichole!!!!

Este hotel não faz jus à experiência do Marriott. Eu estava ciente de que havia obras em andamento na área de entrada, mas todas as outras comodidades que você normalmente obtém como membro de elite não estavam disponíveis neste local. Limpeza e serviço de quarto estavam ok. O spa não tem nenhuma das comodidades listadas no site do Marriott. Também erraram no meu faturamento. Uma das senhoras da recepção sempre foi muito desdenhosa. Tudo parecia um pouco fora. No entanto, foi bom ter uma sala de pátio com jardim.

This hotel does not live up to the Marriott experience. I was aware that there was construction going on in the entrance area, but all other amenities that you normally get as an elite member were not available at this location. Cleaning and room service was okay. The spa has none of the amenities that were listed on the Marriott site. They also messed up on my billing. One of the ladies at the front desk was always very dismissive. Everything seemed a little off. However, it was nice to have a garden patio room.

Visite por un conferencia profesional de PAs. Habia desayuno preparado con café de Starbucks, jugos de fruta, te, y mas. El servicio del hotel era bien profesional. Estuve presente nomas durante el dia. Lo recomendo.
