“What a fantastic hotel! Right next to a beautiful private beach and in a great location. The staff were friendly, food was tasty and plentiful (we were half board which meant we could have either dinner or lunch which offered great flexibility) and the rooms were immaculate. We saw our cleaner on the first day and politely asked if he could leave more water, tea bags and milk, which he did obligingly. He then continued to do so for the whole stay! We would definitely recommend staying here! Oh did I say the beach was fabulous!?”

“Food - Massive buffet with English, Indian, American and European breakfast options. Plus a fruit bar. The buffet changed slightly each day which was nice. The chef Farahat is really talented. We had lunch a few times and the food was divine, they did chicken biryani too! We ate with a view of the sea which was really beautiful. Location - on the palm Jumeirah, has a private beach called No Shu which is a 2 min walk. Room - massive double beds. The view of our sea view room was beautiful, we saw the Burj Al Arab. However the direction of the Qibla wasn't clear. It was only on the last day i realised there was a marker showing this on the ceiling. It would be better on the table/somewhere where i could easily see it. Activities - through our hotel concierge who was really helpful. However do not book the Dhow Dinner Cruise as the food was horrible. Overall - great hotel, staff are really lovely and helpful, food was fantastic, however it is really far so taxis are expensive. Wish we could move the hotel including staff to the marina area”

We had lunch a few times and the food was divine, they did chicken biryani too! We ate with a view of the sea which was really beautiful. Location - on the palm Jumeirah, has a private beach called No Shu which is a 2 min walk. Room - massive double beds. The view of our sea view room was beautiful, we saw the Burj Al Arab. However the direction of the Qibla wasn't clear. It was only on the last day i realised there was a marker showing this on the ceiling. It would be better on the table/somewhere where i could easily see it. Activities - through our hotel concierge who was really helpful. This is the view from the hotel. Both sides. Super affordable and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Managed to book a desert safari trip through the reception. Went for half board basis and the food was amazing. So many options to choose from. Pool was not to my liking as it wasn’t deep but it’s manageable. Highly recommended

Superb The Palm experience! Had an amazing stay. They have clean and relaxing rooms with accommodating staffs. Is located at the edge of the palm, making it more exclusive stay. They have both pool and beach access where you can enjoy water activities. Me and my friends had buffet breakfast as inclusive of our stay and tried their buffet dinner. They offer satiating menus at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Ms Christine, staff at the restaurant, who assisted us. We will definitely come back.

I went for a pool day pass, although it is located at the far end of the palm, the pool experience is nice and not too deep. What was more enjoyable is the private beach and you have a nice view of the palm and neighboring skyscrapers afar, their food and service is very good and there is a pier you can walk on and take pictures or just sit by the beach. I’d recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a calm beach day off as it’s not too crowded.
