Nos encantó el trato y en especial de Aday el camarero del Gabi club por su amabilidad. Por otra parte en la recepción a María por habernos ofrecido unas mejoras de la habitación que cogimos dudando y desde luego nos encantó. De resto muy bien y pensamos repetir el próximo año.

Hotel merecedor de 5 estrellas, cuidan los mínimos detalles, contenta con el trato del camarero ADAY del Club Gabi por su amabilidad , trato cercano y educado. También en recepción María, un encanto de persona , y da gusto el trato que nos brindó , volvería a repetiría sin duda otro año más

Bom hotel ....mas o wi-fi só funciona junto à recepção. ...Na maioria dos outros hotéis já funciona em todo o hotele até nos quartos....

Buen hotel y buen servicio. El todo incluido esta bien aunque lo mejor es el desayuno y la cena, la hora de la comida es menos variedad porque hay menos gente, es lógico. Por lo que recomiendo mejor elegir media pensión.He estado en varios Melia ya que me encanta la cadena, y a este se le notan ya sus años, mobiliario de la habitación sucio y destrozado (podrían hacer alguna reforma) El servicio bien, la gente muy amable. Es una zona muy ventosa, algo ha tener en cuenta dependiendo de las vacaciones que quieras, hay que desplazarse para ir a una playa tumbarse y bañarse continuamente, aunque la de ahí es muy bonita, muy buena para el Windsurf

Está espectacular en lo que a personal, ubicación y aunque algunos desperfectos pequeños en el pavimento de la zona piscina y acceso a playa, es una verdadera maravilla, pero el tema de que solo haya dos ascensores para todo el edificio se hace terrible, y que los guantes desechables no sean biodegradables o no haya papeleras de mesa para los guantes hace también que se vean muchos guantes de plástico tirados en el agua de la piscina, por el suelo y hasta en la playa, ya que han puesto vasos y sorbetes biodegradables, podían hacer lo mismo con los guantes. Si mejoran esas dos cosas, tiene mi excelente.

En general bien, pero por partes.🏨 El hotel está reformadillo pero se ve antiguo, agrietado y en general tiene bastantes cosas mejorables. Camas cómodas y las vistas espectaculares. La comida aceptable pero el buffet poco variado, a partir de dos dias ya agota.. ( se echan en falta las temáticas diarias) Las piscinas están bastante bien, sin pegas. -Spa de pago y muy limitado -El servicio en general muy agradable y resolutivo ✅ - Falta de espectáculos/shows , salones de juegos/billares, música al aire libre ( entiendo que por el covid) ❌En resumen, si acostumbras a ir a los Gran MELIA hay que aclarar que este es un Melia 4 estrellas y no está al mismo nivel. ❌ Además recalcar que está bien únicamente para desconectar y no hacer mucho más que relajarse en la piscina ( a noser que seas amante del wind o kite)Consejo; 🚘 Venir con coche reservado porque el transporte publico no llega al hotel y os podeis encontrar allí con que no quedan coches ( las compañías han disminuido sus flotas por el covid)

Los ascensores, muy mal dimensionados, 2 ascensores para 500 habitaciones es imposible cogerlos, mas de 20 minutos intentando coger uno cumpliendo el protocolo covid. Deberian reestructurar el edificio y poner mas ascensores. Si teneis algun problema de movilidad que os impida subir escaleras… no vayais , pero si quereis desarrollar piernas y gluteos… es vuestro hotel!! Por cierto… con media pension no os daran una jarra / vaso de agua sin cobrar,a pesar de ser obligatorio. Aparte de eso el servicio correcto

NEVER AGAIN! Its only been 2 days in our 10-day stay and I was not gonna make a bad review at first because there are also good things about this hotel, but at some point it got really annoying: - AC didn’t work in our room - as I was taking a shower, the dirty piece of plastic covering the vent system fell on me - elevators in COVID time? Forget it, there is a limitation of 2 people per lifts. For a huge hotel. Our room being at level 7, you end up either waiting a significant amount or need to climb all levels - you must select in advance for your whole stay the time range at which you are allowed to eat. So if you pick 20-21 for dinner then you can’t have dinner outside of this range. Same for breakfast - as the sun moves around the swimming pool, you try to find a bit of shadow and the staff kicks you out because “it prevents people from walking” although there are more than 2-3 meters of space around you - storage for Kitesurf equipment? Forget it; it’s all full - lessons to learn foil? Forget it, it’s all full - swimming pool? It closes at like 18 / 19. If you’re a Kitesurfer, forget about a relaxing swim after your afternoon session. I wonder what’s left for the remaining 8 days. Really, never again.

The staff was super nice, it was quite an experience to see all those hard working people, always smiling, always ready to help or just say hello. The place is like from Mars - perfect for people seeking refuge from city noise and traffic. If what you seek is pool entertainment or beach sunbaths - you should take in account significant wind blowing there all the time causing noticeable discomfort. Unfortunately as we came (end of june) the kids pool with warm water was out of order and the pool bar was serving only drinks. That changed just before our vacation was over - this is what makes 3 stars for offered services. Best regards and huge thanks to all staff - reception, bartenders, cleaners - all the good people.

The hotel has an older and a newer part. Lobby very slick and modern but if you're in the older wing it all seems pretty tired and the decoration is on the very tacky side. Feel a bit mis-sold from the pictures on the website. Staff is somewhat absent and some of the more senior folks at reception can be somewhat unfriendly. Maybe it's my lack of Spanish but for an international hotel I would have expected a bit more friendliness. The location is amazing (beach!), breakfast buffet fine and pool area enjoyable.

Hotel horrível. Quarto bastante velho, casa de banho com louças antigas, isolamento do quarto horrível, serviço de refeição muito mau. Comida de fraca qualidade. Não reservem este hotel.

have all inclusiv, and when i arrive there i was surprised i dont have nothing in minibar, and when i ask about the water, need pay 2€/500ml of water, for towel pay 20€ for rent and 2€ every exchange, the food is good but have every day same food, personal from restaunt is not friendly and respectful. the pool is verry good, when you arrive there you are inform about LEVEL (is separate service and pay more) which can have for extra pay ( jack$daniels, vodka coke,water,beer,wines) all in bottles because the rest of the people drink from juice dispencer.good point, for my birthday receive a bottle of champain, in my room.thank you Mélia
