“Wonderful attention from all staff, located walking distance from malls and port promenade. P.R. hotel manager is a wonderful and helpful person who even remembers customer’s names. Rooms are great and confortable, nice bathroom. Great breakfast buffet, good room service. Waiting times at the lifts can be long as only 2 lifts for a tall tower. Only bad thing is their laundry services. Anything can happen. Mine has been shrunk, burned and deformed. Nothing is perfect, I guess :)”
