“Excellent hotel with great staff. Be sure to book „The Level“ room: the lounge is the best I have experienced so far! Will stay at Meliá Palma Marina in the future every time we plan to visit Palma or go on a cruise next day. Actually worth to arrive several days earlier just to have more time to enjoy this hotel!”

“There was an air conditioner issue in our room but it was quickly resolved and the manager Veronica went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. Very professional and polite staff. Amazing food and rooms. The pool area is very nice and they have a full bar. Overall a very great hotel.”
