Somos turistas de Dubai. Fizemos o check-in à noite às 19h do dia 22 de setembro de 2021 - quarto nº 3010, após uma hora notamos gotículas de água do Ac, imediatamente avisamos ao operador e saímos para jantar e voltamos e percebemos que todos os pisos estão muito molhados. Novamente informado à recepção e à operadora. Sem resposta. Dormimos e de manhã cedo percebemos que o Ac não estava funcionando e que estávamos todos suando. Informados ao operador e saímos para ver o local depois do café da manhã (não queremos perder nosso tempo com discussões), voltamos tarde da noite e percebemos que nada aconteceu, mesmo que o bloqueio também não funcionasse - o funcionário do serviço de quarto disse que é PROBLEMA DE TI. e um cara da engenharia veio e descobriu que o Ac não está funcionando, por favor, troque de quarto. Informei à recepção. Então, depois de 1 hora de suor, eles mudaram um quarto nº 3018, fomos jantar e voltamos e lutamos para abrir a porta principal. Não está funcionando . Informado à segurança e aguarde 10 minutos do lado de fora. Então veio e abriu a porta emperrada.Realmente uma experiência ruim - e perdemos tempo e dinheiro aqui. Que azar para nós 😞.Planejamos 4 dias de estadia, mas agora não estamos satisfeitos desde dois dias e planejamos encontrar outro bom lugar em Salalah.

Very excellent place and friendly staff especially Mr. Shukry the property manager who ensured that we’re enjoying our stay. Cozy and clean rooms, the 2-bedroom villa is highly recommended for families. We will come again EnshaAllah.

We are tourist from Dubai. We checked in at evening 7 pm on 22nd sep 2021- room #3010, after one hour we noticed water droplets from Ac, immediately informed to operator and went out for dinner and came back and noticed all the floors are so wet. Again informed to reception and operator . No response. We slept and early morningnoticed that Ac is not working and we are all in sweating. Informed to operator and we went out for site seeing after breakfast ( we don’t want to waste our time in arguments) we came back at late evening and noticed nothing happend even lock also not working - room sercice guy said it is IT PROBLEM. and a guy from engineering came and found Ac is not working please change the room.I informed to the reception. Then after 1 hour of sweating they changed a room #3018, we went for dinner and came back and struggling to open the main door . It is not working . Informed to security and wait outside fir 10 mins. Then the came and opened the stucked door.Really a poor experience - and we wasted money and time here. Bad luck to us 😞.We planned 4 days stay- but now we are not satisfied since two days and we planned to find another good place in salalah.

Worst experience. Never will go again.Customer Service is least to expect for such priced hotel.Bad attitude of staff{some}. Irrespective of multiple complaints, no apology or solution given.Overall, never ever next time think of this hotel, Salalah.Better book some normal hotel and save money.0 rating from me.

Check-in foi suave. A chave do quarto não estava funcionando durante o check-in. Tive que esperar até que outra chave chegasse. Nós reservamos 3 quartos. Os quartos eram acolhedores e confortáveis. Amplo hall e cozinha bem equipada. O serviço também foi bom. Piscina era limpa e as crianças gostaram. A localização é muito boa. É perto do novo grande shopping center. Muitos supermercados nas proximidades. No geral foi uma estadia memorável. Obrigado a todos os funcionários. Estou ansioso para voltar no próximo ano.

Quarto era espaçoso e limpo. A iluminação na área geral era bastante fraca e a sinalização para o elevador não era visível. O pessoal da recepção foi atencioso. Eu gostaria que o serviço de café-da-manhã fosse tão bom quanto a recepção. Geralmente, uma estadia de qualidade acima da média.

Lugar excelente, limpo e arrumado. Eu amei a piscina privada feminina e a academia feminina. Ele também não negou a gentileza do chef no restaurante do hotel.Eles são muito simpáticos e o serviço é bom, que Deus os recompense.Eles até cuidam de pessoas que têm alergia alimentar. Os quartos são de um bom tamanho. A única coisa que me incomodava era o serviço de quarto e a água não estava quente, mas ligamos para eles e as coisas melhoraram. Eu recomendo!

Instalação agradável, mas administrado muito pobre ... Eles estacionaram o carro do hotel para bloquear a área de queda. Sem bagagem, menino até chamado ... Quarto é bom, mas comida é lixo ... Chef talvez tenha uma rivalidade com frango, então tudo sobre carne de frango e ovos .. Café da manhã em um salão de baile cheio de vôo ... Eles nunca mudam de ideia apenas repita o lixo como é ... Cinco dias nada muda o lixo do café da manhã ... Manter tudo na mesma repetição. Limpeza de solicitação de quarto, mas cinco dias Limpei apenas uma vez. Na outra vez, nenhuma resposta ou mais tarde após as 18h. Toalha de banho depois de limpar o quarto nunca dê nem mesmo uma ... Algum tempo tem uma para você. Algum dia pedia mesmo que não respondesse .. Até os lenços de papel no quarto acabaram sem reposição ... É uma experiência desastrosa nunca me aconteceu como um hotel ...

Excelente lugar, limpio y ordenado. Me encantó la piscina de mujeres y el gimnasio de mujeres. Tampoco negó la amabilidad del chef del restaurante del hotel, son muy amables y su servicio es bueno, que Dios los recompense, incluso atienden a personas que tienen alergias alimentarias. Las habitaciones son de buen tamaño. Lo único que me molestó fue el servicio de habitaciones y el agua no estaba caliente, pero los llamamos y las cosas mejoraron. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Instalaciones agradables, pero se las arreglaron muy mal ... Aparcaron el coche del hotel para bloquear el área de descenso. No hay chico de equipaje hasta que lo llamen ... La habitación está bien pero la comida es basura ... El chef tal vez tenga una pelea con el pollo, así que todo sobre la carne de pollo y los huevos ... Desayuno en un salón de baile lleno de vuelo ... Nunca cambian de opinión sólo repite cualquier basura tal como es ... Cinco días nada cambia el desayuno basura ... Mantén la misma repetición. Solicitud de limpieza de habitación, pero cinco días. Sólo se limpió una vez. En otras ocasiones, no hubo respuesta o más tarde después de las 6 pm. Toalla de ducha después de limpiar la habitación nunca le dé ni siquiera una ... En algún momento tiene una para usted. Algún día Solicitado ni siquiera responde .. Incluso los pañuelos de papel en la habitación se agotan sin reemplazo ... Es una experiencia de desastre que nunca me sucederá como hotel ...

La habitación era espaciosa y estaba limpia. La iluminación en el área general era bastante tenue y la señalización del ascensor no era visible. El personal de recepción fue atento. Ojalá el servicio de desayuno fuera tan bueno como el de la recepción. Generalmente, una estancia de calidad superior a la media.

Room was spacious and clean. Lighting in the general area was rather dim and signage to the elevator was not visible. Front desk personnel was attentive. I wish breakfast service was as good as front desk. Generally, an above average quality stay.

Nice facility but managed very poor.... They parked hotel car to blocked the drop area. No luggage boy till called... Room is fine but food is junk... Chef maybe have feud with chicken so all about chicken meat and eggs.. Breakfast in a ball room with full of flying... They never change their mind just repeat whatever junk as it is... Five days nothing change the junk breakfast... Keep all the same repeat. Room request cleaning but five days Just cleaned one time.. Other time either no response or later after 6 pm. Shower towel after cleaning room never give even one... Some time has one to you. Some day Requested even not responds.. Even tissue in the room run out no replacement... It is a disaster experience never happen to me as a hotel...

Como seu cliente, sua equipe me pediu hoje para retirar meu carro de uma vaga de estacionamento, alegando que ele pertence à área de entrada do hotel, e eu o fiz.Enquanto isso, eles têm outro carro estacionado na mesma área ao mesmo tempo me pedindo desculpas, é a administração e não podemos dizer nada a eles.Minha opinião pessoal: seus padrões são melhores do que isso.Esta é a quarta vez que volto a este hotel por todos os bons motivos que ele oferece. Por favor, não deixe que pequenas coisas estraguem sua boa imagem.

Como su cliente, su personal me pidió hoy que retire mi automóvil de un lugar de estacionamiento alegando que pertenece al área de entrada del hotel y lo hice.Mientras tanto, tienen otro auto estacionado en la misma área al mismo tiempo y me dicen que lo siento, esa es la gerencia y no podemos decirles nada.Mi opinión personal: sus estándares son mejores que eso.Esta es la cuarta vez que regreso a este hotel por todas las buenas razones que ofrece. Por favor, no dejes que las pequeñas cosas arruinen tu buena imagen.

As your customer, I was asked by your staff today to remove my car from a parking spot claiming that it belongs to the hotel entrance area and I did. Meanwhile, they got another car parked in the same area at the same time telling me sorry, that's the management and we can't tell them anything. My personal opinion: Your standards are better than that. This is the 4th time I return to this hotel for every good reason it offers. Please don't let little things ruin your good image.

Great Rooms.... 10 out of 10 Good pool. Only garden and kids play area is missing. Perfect hotel for perfect stay. Edit: View is from my room window.
