“Cannot recommend this property, and a WARNING to anyone sensitive to bad air.The hotel is directly across the water from a refinery, which was clearly leaking something toxic into the air (October 8), which permeated into the room.My wife was nauseous.We didn't stay in the room more than 5 minute, but my refund request was refused by both the front desk and front desk manager.I escalated to the general manager but never heard anything except a cancellation fee to my Visa.Absolutely terrible customer experience and service.”

“Love the Moxy brand! Funky and fun member of the Marriott family. Good location for the surrounding Houthavens offices, but a little far from the city centre and the main action, especially on a rainy Amsterdam day, although a bus service is available nearby the hotel. Friendly staff and great decor as always.”
