“PS: What bothers me most are the answers of the hotel to complaints. Knowing the catastrophic conditions for more than 3 years (see reviews below), stating that they will something against it and still nothing happened? Very trustworthy NH Group... Group Policy?”

“Can I give less than 1 star ? Rooms were stuck in 70s and never maintained since then. The staff was friendly and good but the room was hideous. Had to change room cause the fridge was not working. Oh yes btw room have no opening windows or ventilation. You can imagine how that felt with 25°C.....”
