“Muy buena atención. Pasamos por una situación complicada esperando el resultado del test de antigenos que es un requerimiento obligatorio para el ingreso a mi país, el laboratorio AATALAC es el que trabaja con el hotel y su servicio fue una vergüenza, ya que recibimos sobre las 00.30 el archivo necesario para poder armar la declaracion jurada de ingreso a mi país cuando viajabamos a las 5 am, despues de habernos realizado el hisopado a las 10 de la mañana del dia anterior. Recomiendo enormemente que dejen de trabajar con el laboratorio ya que tuvo de rehen a los recepcionistas del hotel y a los que nos estabamos hospedando.Sin lugar a dudas la atención de los recepcionistas Nicole y Facundo fue espectacular, manteniendo la calma, empatizando con la situación e intentando comunicarse constantemente con el laboratorio para poder obtener el archivo de los hisopados.El hotel en lineas generales esta muy bien y el desayuno es un punto alto”

“The restaurant is nice, with a nice stylish ambient. The waiters are very polite and gentle. The food was good, freshly made, good flavors but not too abundant. I had the menu gnocchi with citric sauce and the "dulce de leche" mousse. Good for a business lunch. Not that intimate for a romantic dinner. They take some time to prepare the dishes, perhaps too much. Overall, a good experience.”
