Fiquei apenas uma noite por conta de voo cancelado pela Tap. Hotel excelente, quarto muito confortável e limpo. Banheiro com chuveiro ótimo. Agradecimento especial ao recepcionista que nos deu uma acalmada decido ao estresse causado pela Tap.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only issue is the amenities around it. No water bottle in the room, poor wifi, tiny gym (no ac). Location is not the best but the double windows are good at silencing the noise.

NH hotels rarely disappoint. This one was solid as well with nice rooms, friendly service and very good breakfast. It's close to the airport and there's a bus that takes you downtown. Not much else to do in the area. You'll see and hear lots of planes too.

Nesse hotel encontramos a equipe que melhor nos atendeu e todos os aspectos da nossa estada. Portugal, Espanha, França, Itália, Inglaterra, Grécia, Croácia, Andorra e EUA são exemplos de países que já visitamos. Mas o tratamento que recebemos nesse hotel foi sem igual. Bisschen laute Straße, dafür aber sehr zentral. Noisy street if you open the windows to air out the room. As soon as you close them it is quiet absolut. Very nice and helpful staff. Underground parking is safe and clean but requires a small car. Overall a good experience.

overall, this hotel was not a good fit for us at all. we booked kinda last minute and didn't have much of a choice of hotels due to time constraints, it being holiday season, general unresponsiveness of properties we contacted (lisbon hotels are not very forthcoming with info about welcoming pets) and us having a (toy breed) dog. i am not too happy about writing this review but i know i would much appreciate this info before booking, so here goes. this hotel is not pet friendly, it is merely pet tolerant. as we were informed, not all rooms allow pets and they charge you £/night not per stay. we were fine with that. but what was not mentioned is that rooms that allow dogs are all in one floor, basically the first floor called the gallery. (if you think that means you get a view, you are mistaken), that door handles seem to broken on the entire floor leading to some seriously loud door slamming and that windows that don't let in any light (an boy you need light!) don't close properly and are in fact not soundproof which means that you will hear plane noise as well as quiet rummbling of the metro. apparently, there's no suits or double beds on this floor either, so you have to do with twin beds (that are actually quite nice) and hardly and extra sockets. half our room was not lit at all, i suppose it would have been if the socket by the standing lap worked. we didn't get a pet bed or pet bowls. which was a first for us. we requested them specifically, were told that the hotel was fully booked and that they haven't got any left at the time of checking in but we would get them. we didn't. we ended up buying them and our doggo slept in his carrier. so basically they've got like 9 or so rooms for pets, are unable to provide you with basic dog stuff you can reasonably expect at pet-friendly establishments, charge you per night for your pet and don't allow you to leave your pet in the room save for going to breakfast. (i do wonder what kind of lame excuse they will come up with if they reply to this review). speaking of breakfast: it's mediocre at best. saved only by the fact that portugal has amazing oranges and therefore delicious orange juice. it's continental buffet with very limited options and you can get eggs if you manage to catch a server. and i do mean that. they always seemed to be frantically running about, giving the whole breakfast experience an uneasy, nervous vibe. i'd like to end this overly long review with some highlights: our maid was incredible, taking care that everything was orderly and nice throughout our stay. and you can order delivery to the hotel.

If I could give more than 5 stars to this hotel and its staff, I would. Everything has been excellent. Our stay was arranged at short notice due to my mother being flown to Santa Maria Hospital from Faro. Not only is the hospital a few minutes cab ride to the hospital, but the room was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and fresh. I would 100% recommend this hotel and if my mothers stay at SM is extended, then we will return next week. I would like to pay particular attention to Rui, who has worked tirelessly to assist us with arranging Dinner, taxis and making excellent recommendations of places to visit, whilst we waited for visitation time at hospital. Lucia, who made us tea when I was crying my heart out and offered kindness and a human touch, going above and beyond her job. The staff here have been professional, helpful, respectful and kind and considerate. Thank you so much to everyone. ❤️

O hotel é bom, mas precisa de uma modernização, senti falta de tomadas perto da cabeceira da cama para carregar o celular. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, pena que não me lembrodo nome da funcionária, o pequeno almoço também foi muito bom. A localização é muito boa, perto do aeroporto. Minha estadia foi devido a um voo cancelado da TAP, o que me fez conhecer esse hotel sem querer,mas foi uma boa surpresa.

Uma ótima estadia. Excelente localização, mesmo junto ao metro. Conforto e limpeza irrepreensível. Amabilidade de todos os funcionários, sem excepção: de realçar uma simpática e comunicativa senhora que encontrávamos na hora do jantar, com quem havia uma agradável conversa para a noite toda e o Sr. Rui da receção sempre tão prestável e sorridente. Best Hotel in my experience in the Lisbon metropolitan city. Not too far from the airport and essential amenities. Friendly and polite staff who made my stay pleasant. You pay for sauna but it’s closed, every hotel we stayed before and afterwards had a usable sauna. The gym made me crying. They tell you because Covid-19 law but that’s not true. You pay for breakfast but it’s not ready in the early morning. Absolutely no recommendation

O hotel é excelente. Muito confortável, silencioso, o quarto em que fiquei era enorme e moderno e a casa de banho também grande e moderna. O hotel fica muito perto de uma entrada para o metro. E o pequeno almoço é incrível. Super recomendo.

Experiência terrível para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Para começar um zumbido estranho no quarto impossível descansar à noite. De manhã, não havia água quente no quarto e nem se importaram em resolver, disseram que era falha no hotel inteiro, passamos na recepção dizem que é só naquele piso. Em vez de sermos compensados não, ainda nos queriam cobrar extra por ficar mais umas horas depois do check out. Em comparação a outros hotéis até de 3 estrelas este deixa imenso a desejar. Não recomendo!

My friend and I arrived at 11pm tired and stressed to a hotel I had booked at the last minute from the airport, when we had not been able to get on our flight due to difficulties with our passenger locator form and we were welcomed by the most lovely front desk manager, Rui, who calmed us down and smiled and gave us keys to rooms next door to each other on the 10th floor. The rooms were much bigger than we expected with huge beds, lovely sheets, great lighting, beautiful bathroom, modern TV and a good mini bar - everything we needed for our one night stay. The next day the all the staff were so lovely. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Estuvimos los 4 de mi casa en una habitación cuádruple y todo excelente, limpieza situación del hotel ya que está al lado de autobuses metro que te lleva al centro. La atención del personal excelente sobre todo la recepcionista Margarita donde nos explicó todo lo de transportes y sitios etc.. Solo tengo que poner una pega, que una de las 4camas que nos pusieron no se podía dormir en ella, tubo que dormir mi hija conmigo. Pero por lo de más volveria a repetir sin duda.

Recomendable por el trato recibido por el personal del hotel. Así como por su buen desayuno. Cama un poco justa para dos personas. También la distancia hasta la parte antigua de Lisboa es un poco larga, para hacer el recorrido a pie.

Un hotel excelente. La ubicación es ideal, cerca del aeropuerto y a escasos 100 metros de la parada de tren/metro Entrecampos. Habitaciones amplias y desayuno variado.Lo más destacable es el personal, todos super amables, desde recepción hasta restaurante. Mención especial a Lucía, que nos atendió muy bien durante la cena.Consejo: en caso de cenar en el restaurante, pidan el carpaccio de ternera, muy bueno.

Found the staff very helpful. The chef is so amazing. He did everything to try and accommodate us. Bedding is so comfy and location is near public transport. Main issue I have with this hotel is that, there are no sockets beside the bed. The only socket I found was way across on the other side of the room. I feel that's fundamentally wrong. Please do something about this. Otherwise, I'll be willing to stay here again.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. I had a room with terrace which I really appreciated. Nice spacious bathroom. The hotel is super close to the metro and also a walking distance to Gulbenkian museum. The downsides are airplanes flying right above (though you don’t hear them if you close the patio doors) and the mattress was a bit too jumpy, i felt the waves from every move my husband made. Probably good for 1 person 🤷‍♀️
