Desde mi entrada al hotel no me han mirado a la cara, hemos llegado con varias maletas y no había nadie para ayudarnos ni darnos ninguna información ni si quiera del wifi,hemos ido a tomar algo al bar de abajo y estuvimos esperando más de 15’ para ser atendidos, las habitaciones estaban limpias pero la ducha no funcionaba, llamamos para pedir una plancha y nos dicen que no hay ninguna plancha en todo el hotel. 0 recomendable Mejor quedaros un poco más lejos pero con personal más educado. Una pena

Conveniente hotel excelente localização perto do metro, apenas uma pequena falha, por 107€ o pequeno almoço não está incluído, um ponto negativo pois qualquer hotel oferece alojamento + pequeno almoço incluído. A equipe de café da manhã muito gentil para todos os gostos doces salgados e para quem está de dieta. Os quartos são bem conservados e muito limpos. Voltarei com certeza se precisar.

Localização a 5 minutos a pé do Fórum. Excelente qualidade e quantidade de serviços. Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Café da manhã de alto padrão. Apreciei particularmente o pessoal da receção que, para um pequeno problema que tinha detetado no quarto, foi acionado de forma a oferecer ao cliente aquela atenção que demonstra um profissionalismo requintado. Um hotel de negócios atento a todas as necessidades do cliente. Ficamos neste hotel NH em Assago e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. O hotel está bem conservado e as boas-vindas são excelentes. Os quartos são espaçosos e tudo muito limpo. Pedimos café da manhã no quarto e, novamente, excelente comida e funcionários muito gentis. Sendo uma rede, você pode encontrar esses hotéis em muitas cidades, com certeza ficarei aqui novamente, pois é um lugar que oferece todas as comodidades que você precisa. Reservamos pelo Booking.

Worst hotel experience in Europe. Impossible to find food till dinner time. Not working wi-fi. Insufficient room facilities (no slippers, no comp waters). And guess what, they charge 3 Euros for 0.50 ml water. Window shades are too noisy, it doesn't let you sleep well. Bad location, far to everywhere. Never again.

Clean and fresh hotel. Good rooms, breakfast etc. Parking in front. Price/quality is very good. They say 4* but no free water in there room, no coffee etc. And mini bar is expensive as usually.

Fui convidado de um jantar muito importante na semana passada. A organização foi realmente excelente, tomamos um aperitivo antes do jantar e depois nos mudamos para jantar. Assistimos a um show de entretenimento muito divertido. A comida estava realmente ótima, tivemos muita dificuldade em visualizar o cardápio porque a iluminação era muito baixa, mas na nossa mesa gostamos muito do atendimento orquestrado pelo Maitre Sing que orientou os garçons de forma precisa e exemplar, inclusive Fabio a quem serviu o vinho várias vezes.

The hotel is old, beds could be more comfortable. The main negative point in my view was the low water pressure of the shower..🤦🏻‍♂️ absolutely the worst for a hotel room!;) However, the service is very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is absolutely great! Lovely🤪

Excelente atendimento e localização. Ao lado de um centro comercial com ótimas opções de lojas e um Carrefour, e ao lado de uma estação de metrô que permite ir para qualquer lugar da cidade. Café da manha excepcional!

Ficamos para trabalhar no hotel de congressos NH em Assago, quartos tão bonitos quanto a própria estrutura. Funcionários muito prestativos e muito gentis, atentos a cada detalhe durante a estadia. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. Good furniture and room service. Pathetic wifi. 700 Kbps and when I asked why it was slow they said I was on the free WiFi and that I had to pay 10 euros per day for the other wifi that’s fast. They couldn’t even provide 1 Mbps WiFi. For a hotel. In 2021. Pathetic.

A propriedade está bem conservada, limpa e com muito espaço. Tem jardim exterior, sala de fitness, amplo parque de estacionamento exterior e restaurante no interior da estrutura. Os quartos são confortáveis. A equipe é sempre atenciosa e prestativa. A espera no restaurante é um pouco longa.

Great hospitality in a modern hotel. The staff (really all of them) makes you feeling like at home. Really good Italian cousin at the restaurant of the hotel, where Singh takes care really well of all his guests. Close to Milan and well connected with the city

I stayed here for 1 night during a music live at the opposite side of the hotel. The room was big, clean and well maintened. The staff was great.The breakfast was great with pleanty of choices. it's 2' by foot from the metro station but the metro is not frequent to take you at the center. At the area you can find supermarket and fast food restaurants.

Hotel moderno situado en un centro de negocios pero bien comunicado con transporte público. Destacar especialmente la limpieza de todo el hotel. Está al lado de un centro comercial para comer y hacer compras. El único inconveniente, no tienen sintonizado ningún canal de televisión en castellano.

NH Milano Congress Centre Hotel is a nice, contemporary hotel with all amenities for a short business trip. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. There aren't many international channels on TV, and the view from the window isn't worth taking a photo of. Still, for business travel, it's well worth the money. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's difficult to find. Very confusingly, there is a NH Milano Congress Centre (which is not connected to the hotel) a couple of streets down, and that's where the taxi dropped me off. So I had to drag my bags over to the hotel in the rain after some kind soul pointed me in the right direction. Even the Über driver taking me to the airport got lost. The hotel should change the name, or invest in better signage.

Excellent service provided. It's really big and it is easy to get lost. It remarkable to say the convention centre is another building aside the actual hotel. So, if you need to attend any meeting, don't make the mistake to do to the hotel!

Perfecto si tienes que ir a mediolanum forum yuy cerca de la estación de metro. Habitación muy espaciosa y renovada (se ve nueva) personal amable que nos imprimió los billetes de tren que necesitábamos. Lo recomiendo

Hotel renovado con habitaciones al estilo NH, tienes todo lo q puedes necesitar .Lo mejor el edificio anexo de congresos con salas amplias con techos altos y sin columnas, muy práctico para negocios. Lo peor está lejos de todo, incluso el metro está fuera de la zona urbana. Lo mejor ,el personal.
