Ficamos para um evento privado no primeiro andar. O hotel está bastante bem equipado, a equipe é muito gentil e a estrutura não é apenas nova, mas também um centro de design. Há obras de arte (pinturas, esculturas, instalações, etc.); tivemos a sorte de visitá-lo durante o fuorisalone, ainda melhor.

Overall great experience, location nice although a bit of a walk from the metro (ofc you can just take a taxi). Overall a very positive experience. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Wonderful place. Very well located. Rooms are extremely clean, and cozy. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Mattia at the reception was very professional and helped me my requests. Food is just lush!

Considerando o custo e o metro inconveniente ... sni. Dois de nós ficamos por duas noites. O quarto não tinha toalhas duplas e kit xampu/sabonete (uma vez apontado, tudo chegou). O chuveiro não estava limpo, as luzes (muito fracas) certamente ajudam a torná-lo ainda mais evidente. A equipe é muito simpática e o café da manhã farto. Não é conveniente para o metrô, mas se tiver um bom tempo para se locomover a pé..você está a 20 minutos a pé do Navigli.

Amazing place with nice theme kind hotel and extravagant rooms. Breakfast was amazing with plenty options. Had to book this last moment at higher price (EUR 240/night) but worth it. Bit far from Milan central metro station. You need to spend another EUR 50-70 to reach there.

After booking the penthouse for almost 2000 euro per night, we were informed on arrival that despite the 280 s.m. room, 12 person dining table, and seating for 22, only 4 people were authorized to be in the room at any given time.As we had booked the room for a business conference dinner, this was obviously unacceptable.Apparently the staff had not read their own website which advertised the room as both “a charming setting for city breaks, unconventional events and élite parties….the ideal location for photo shoots, small conferences and out of the ordinary meetings” and “a perfect location for unforgettable parties attended by celebrities and international jet-setters.”After 2 hours of explaining their obvious gaffe, they informed us that they could allow the event provided we pay an additional fee, sign a lengthy contract, and be subjected to surveillance outside our room for the duration of the event.Not particularly surprising as the customer service in Northern Italy is quite behind the times, but still disappointing given the amount of money spent.Lesson learned...we'll be looking for another hotel for our next conference.

The room design is beautiful but the front desk acted like they were doing me a huge favor by giving me a room on a high floor, with construction workers working so close next to the room that I could reach out and give them a high five. Absolutely no privacy during my stay. They can't control the construction but it would have been nice if the staff had at least mentioned this. In addition, their coffee maker did not work and I was charged $15 for a tiny espresso to be brought to my room. I asked multiple times for a new coffee maker and they only brought one for the last night, without restocking any of the coffee that was used on the broken machine, and failed to mention the free coffee in the breakfast area. Two small complaints, but soured the stay for sure.

The design of the place was incredible, the hotel looks like a small art gallery. The staff was friendly and informative. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was also good, there were lots of different options to choose from. The location is a huge bonus as well. We were able to hear the neighbours pretty clearly. Also, we could smell cigarettes most of the time. Another disadvantage is a very limited parking space.

El hotel es precioso y bien comunicado con el centro por bus metro y tranvía. Nuestra experiencia con el hotel fue regular debido a la mala información dada por la recepción en la llegada. Por lo demás todo bien.
