“Ficamos uma noite aqui para assistir a um show. O hotel tem seu próprio estacionamento subterrâneo, mas estava cheio quando chegamos. Estacionamos na rua no estacionamento ao ar livre. O nosso quarto (quarto de canto do 5º andar) era muito bom. Espaçoso e limpo. Todos os funcionários que encontramos foram simpáticos e prestativos. Tínhamos planejado comer um almoço tardio no restaurante adjacente do hotel (o Soap Factory) mas sábado é "brunch sem fundo" dia que significava que estava lotado e muito barulhento! Café-da-manhã no dia do check-out foi entregue em nosso quarto (há uma taxa para isso) e foi muito bom. No geral, apreciamos a nossa estadia. Nice hotel em uma boa localização. Definitivamente ficaria aqui novamente.”

“Staff were very helpful, rooms nice and spacious. Only 3 stars due to the amount of times we had to either go or ring reception for new key cards as they stopped working. Stains on the carpet and the rooms was not very clean and beds and pillows not very comfy, but okay for what we needed it for. Friends saud the breakfast was nice but can't comment on that myself as I didn't have anything to eat.”
