“Very disapointing. Famillies with children are all in the basement, the food is worthy of a school canteen and the place has an overall chaotic feel. The staff does seem to try to do their best but to no avail.”

“Nice clean modern hotel. Food was good when it finally arrived. Staff need to improve on keeping accurate records of the bill - I counted about 8 different customers (including me) disputing their bills at the end of the night. Probably newly & recently hired post-lockdown, so perhaps understandable.”
