Only gave it 5 stars so they wouldn’t hide my review. Trash! Especially the staff. Specifically Ms. Shannon “I’ve worked here for 13 years” but have less than an ounce of customer service skills. The fridge did not work, the lights did not work, and the room key kept being disabled. When I brought this to Ms. Shannon she spoke to me as if I was a child and not a grown, paying customer! She also would not refund me for this room. Worst experience ever. Expected cheap but at least decent customer service. SEVERAL other customers complained about her as well. Shannon, ela falou comigo como se eu fosse uma criança e não um cliente adulto pagante! Ela também não me reembolsaria por este quarto. Pior experiência de sempre. I booked a room for a 1 night stay, just somewhere to lay my head after a day in Savannah. It was an unplanned spur of the moment trip & the hotel chains I usually book with were all sold out. I'm a humble person, so I don't need much. All I need is cleanliness and to feel safe. The area is sketchy and the grounds are filthy. Even the front desk/lobby was dirty. When checking in, the front desk lady made a comment about not being a housekeeper and front desk to her coworker. That was my 1st sign of what to expect when it comes to the rooms. Hotel is either short staffed or have lazy staff! I was given room 133 at first. The room was disgusting. There was a huge cobweb from the mirror to the table lamp. And the area made me feel unsafe; there were blinking lights in the walkway and sketchy looking people hanging around. I went back to the front desk to change rooms to an area closer to the lobby, which seemed safer, and was given room 207. This room was even more disgusting! The bedframe had greasy finger prints, the mirror was filthy, the tv was dirty and dusty, the room smelled weird. And the last straw was when I inspected the pillows, the pillow cases were never changed! There was make up stains on the pillows! I flew out of there so fast and requested to check out with a refund. I understand it's an economical low budget hotel; however, there is no excuse for lack of cleanliness. The owners/management don't seem to care about their property. I wouldn't be surprised if they had bed bugs or roaches. Stay away!!!

Local horrível...quarto fedendo a cigarro e gordura; corredores fedendo com urina; pessoas suspeitas circulando pelo hotel; única coisa boa foi a atendente Terry que prontamente entendeu minha situação e me orientou que eu podia cancelar a reserva.

I have left messages for you to call me back for five days as of yesterday! I have been staying at your hotel for eight years up to 40 days per year. I called the hotel Saturday am at 9 am to reconfirm this reservation even though I already had a text confirmation. I have used the same credit card for eight years. I had just received a replacement card due to fraudulent activity. I am recovering from three surgeries in less than a year for breast cancer and was looking forward to a relaxing stay. I checked my email when I filled up for gas about an hour away from the hotel at 10 pm on a Saturday night to discover you had cancelled my reservation at 4:11 pm after I was already on the way. I called the hotel and they said even though I reconfirmed at 9 am they couldn't do anything about it as sold out. I found the very last room available in the area for three times as much. All you had to do was call and I would have given you the replacement card number. That's no way to treat someone that's been staying consistently for 8 years spending couple thousand dollars. You surely recognized the name on the credit card since you undoubtedly run the cards if people haven't checked in by a certain time. I am always a late check in. And then to completely ignore repeated messages left for you to call says you don't care in the least. Deixei mensagens para você me ligar de volta por cinco dias a partir de ontem! Estou me recuperando de três cirurgias em menos de um ano para câncer de mama e estava ansioso para uma estadia relaxante. Chequei meu e-mail quando abasteci a cerca de uma hora de distância do hotel às 22h de um sábado à noite para descobrir que você havia cancelado minha reserva às 16h11 depois que eu já estava a caminho. Liguei para o hotel e eles disseram que, embora eu tenha confirmado às 9 da manhã, eles não podiam fazer nada sobre isso, pois estavam esgotados. Encontrei o último quarto disponível na área por três vezes mais. Tudo o que você precisava fazer era ligar e eu lhe daria o número do cartão de substituição. Isso não é maneira de tratar alguém que ficou consistentemente por 8 anos gastando alguns milhares de dólares. Você certamente reconheceu o nome no cartão de crédito, já que, sem dúvida, você executa os cartões se as pessoas não fizerem check-in até um determinado momento. Eu sou sempre um check-in tardio. E então ignorar completamente as mensagens repetidas deixadas para você ligar diz que você não se importa nem um pouco.

Midtown is definitely a great place to be in Savannah. Near enough to things to feel relevant to the city without the Historic Distric prices. This was definitely one of the cheapest options we found, which is a huge pro. The employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and tasty for a hotel breakfast - good quality and variety. We didn't get around to using the pool (with the ocean so close!, but it looked clean from our room which faced it. The room was overall pretty clean, although a bit dated and worn. The beds were clean but overall pretty uncomfortable, and their only double options are fulls, not queens, which was a bit disappointing. Overall if you're looking for a cheap option that won't totally gross you out, I would recommend this place.

The room was DIRTY. The ice bucket had grime all over it. The coffee pot in room had coffee residue on it. The shower wall had SEVERAL black hairs stuck to the walls. There was some kind of reddish buildup in the corner in the bathroom. The beds had tiny black dirt particles between the top and bottom sheet. The sheets were VERY wrinkled, and not fresh at all. The toilet bowls in the public restrooms in the lobby had filthy rings around the inside of bowls. I complained to the female at the front desk and she acted like we had made the mess and then complained.She made it clear that she only worked front desk and didn't go in the rooms. She called the manager and we we told to either leave with refund or take another room.In general the place was DISGUSTING. We had budgeted for the expense of this hotel we couldn't go anywhere else. I spent an hour cleaning our room and bought Lysol to disinfect the room. In a post Covid-19 world being unsanitary is unacceptable. The only bright spot was the breakfast and the lady that was doing the cooking.

The good: The pool was clean and I loved the blocked off 2ft area for my toddler. The breakfast was nice with bacon, eggs, fruit, cereal, make your own waffles and a few other things. Pet friendly. The grounds were kept up and clean. There are multiple food options right next door.The room was clean upon entering other than the smell of smoke which brings me to the bad. The bad: We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once because we asked for it to be cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels and washcloths and return our old ones. When my son asked for fresh sheets he was told they didn’t have any. On the last day The front desk said they didn’t have washcloths and gave my husband one. The guy next door was smoking in his room. There was an ashtray in our room but it said no smoking in the room. The battery was dead in the smoke detector. No freezer only fridge and microwave. Some of the lights didn’t work. The mattresses could be updated.For an inexpensive hotel I didn’t hate it but wanted to list the inconveniences. O bom: A piscina estava limpa e eu amei a área bloqueada de 2 pés para o meu bebê. O café-da-manhã foi bom com bacon, ovos, frutas, cereais, faça seus próprios waffles e algumas outras coisas. Aceita animais de estimação. Os jardins foram mantidos e limpos. Existem várias opções de comida ao lado. O quarto estava limpo ao entrar, além do cheiro de fumaça, o que me leva ao mal. O mal: Ficamos 5 noites e nosso quarto só foi limpo uma vez porque pedimos para que fosse limpo. Tivemos que pedir toalhas e panos limpos e devolver os nossos antigos. Quando meu filho pediu lençóis novos, ele foi informado de que não tinha. No último dia, a recepção disse que não tinha panos e deu um ao meu marido. O cara ao lado estava fumando em seu quarto. Havia um cinzeiro no nosso quarto, mas dizia que não era permitido fumar no quarto. A bateria estava descarregada no detector de fumaça. Sem freezer apenas geladeira e microondas. Algumas luzes não funcionaram. Os colchões poderiam ser atualizados.Para um hotel barato, não odiei, mas queria listar os inconvenientes.

Que maravilha de hotel. Muito bom serviço. Os jardins estavam limpos. Piscina estava definitivamente limpa. Os quartos eram ótimos. As camas eram tão confortáveis!! A única razão pela qual o d8d não obteve 5 estatísticas é porque o vaso sanitário levou 3 descargas para liberar todo o caminho e tínhamos um desentupidor sujo em nosso banheiro. Também eles fizeram incrível mantendo-se com o café-da-manhã!

Sinceramente eu gostei do hotel,bem limpo,café da manhã muito bom,limpeza impecável e bom atendimento. Voltaria com certeza

Habitacion relativamente comoda y moderna para el valor y a mas o menos 30 minutos de los centros turisticos. Pero no habíamos pasado 5 mins dentro de la habitacion y nos encontramos cucarachas de varios tamaños y entre las sabanas había pequeños insectos muertos.
