Não foi uma boa vibração quando chegamos pela primeira vez. Entrei porque reservei no Booking.com, então fiquei com medo de não receber meu dinheiro de volta. No check-in, ainda me senti desconfortável com o local, mas tínhamos cerca de 2 horas antes do início do show. Então eu disse ao marido para não colocar as malas no chão, deixe-me verificar a cama primeiro. Após a primeira inspeção os travesseiros eram mais como almofadas. puxamos as cobertas e o lençol de volta. Vimos algumas manchas pretas na cama. Eu então disse, deixe-me apenas puxar os lençóis para cima, nada realmente sob eles, mas alguns pontos pretos novamente. Eu disse bem, deixe-me apenas puxá-lo da parede e ver e estava muito sujo. Eu disse a ele para me trazer seu telefone para que eu pudesse usar a lanterna nele. Quando eu fiz percevejos estavam correndo por toda parte. Nós imediatamente pegamos nossas malas e fomos obter um reembolso total. O que o gerente fez. Então, na segunda-feira seguinte, liguei para o Departamento de Saúde de AL, então talvez eles vão inspecioná-los e fechá-los.!!! Nunca mais confiarei em uma avaliação no Booking ou no Google novamente. Porque este hotel tem 4,5 estrelas e um que acabamos ficando foi de US $ 300 por noite só tem 3 estrelas e foi um hotel de luxo muito, muito agradável.

It was not a good vibe when we first pulled up. I went in because I booked on Booking.com so was scared I would not get my money back. Upon checking in i still felt uneasy about the place but we had about 2 hours before concert started. So I told husband don't put bags down let me check the bed first. Upon first inspection the pillows were more like throw pillows. we pulled covers and sheet back. We seen a couple of black spots on the bed. I then said let me just pull the sheets up nothing really under them but some black spots again. I said well let me just pull it from the wall and see and it was real dirty. I told him to bring me his phone so I could use the flashlight on it. When I did bedbugs were running everywhere. We immediately took our bags and went to get a full refund. Which the manager did so. I then the following Monday called the AL Department of health so maybe they will go and inspect and shut them down.!!! Never will I trust a review on Booking or Google again. Because this hotel got 4.5 stars and one we winded up getting was $300 a night only got 3 stars and it was a luxury very very nice hotel.

Não tive uma estadia agradável. Eu tive que visitar a recepção SETE vezes por causa de problemas com o cartão-chave (não me deixou entrar na porta quando voltei para o hotel depois do jantar. Coloquei o cartão-chave na minha carteira longe do meu telefone durante todo o passeio. O cara da recepção chegou ao meu quarto e tive que ligar a chave mestra para me deixar entrar e uma chave que realmente funcionava. Então pensei. Na manhã seguinte, saí para um passeio e voltei e tive o mesmo problema. O quarto não tinha lâmpadas funcionando. A cama arrumada tinha lençóis manchados. Os panos de lavagem tinham manchas vermelhas e marrons. Apenas uma estadia estressante geral quando estávamos no hotel.

Este hotel era horrível, não deveria nem ser habitável. Os lençóis da cama estavam encharcados de sangue velho e percevejos, mofo, faltando peças na parede. A equipe foi extremamente rude, se recusou a dar reembolso. Estará relatando este hotel ao Departamento de Saúde de Al. e que tinha aquecedores no lobby. O Corpo de Bombeiros foi acionado por volta de 1h. Relatamos tudo isso ao Priceline, eles queriam nos oferecer apenas um desconto de 15%. Tirei muitas fotos, mal posso esperar para enviar para Departamento de Saúde! NUNCA FIQUE AQUI‼️

Esta foi a pior experiência de hotel que já tive. Tão ruim que me recuso a acreditar que os comentários de 5 estrelas são legítimos, mas quem sabe. Chegamos lá e tivemos que trocar de quarto porque havia longos cabelos escuros em todos os nossos lençóis. Chegar ao novo quarto e é melhor. Todos nós conseguimos dormir apenas para sermos acordados por alguém batendo à nossa porta às 23h30. Ficamos na cama até que eles abriram a porta depois que ouvimos uma chave entrar na fenda. Por sorte eu estava com o batente da porta e eles foram embora. Liguei para a recepção várias vezes sem resposta (caixa de entrada da VM estava cheia), então me visto e desço para a recepção. Eles pensaram que era arrumação... tanto faz. Falei com outro hóspede no elevador e ele me disse que outra pessoa estava na frente reclamando mais cedo porque encontrou SANGUE em seus lençóis.Eu finalmente volto a dormir apenas para ser acordado pelo alarme de incêndio às 4 da manhã! Os vizinhos iam verificar, então voltamos a dormir, pois durou apenas um minuto.Com a nossa falta de sono, não chegamos muito cedo. Desceu por volta das 8h30-8h45 apenas para descobrir que eles fecharam o café da manhã continental às 8h em ponto. Quem fecha o café da manhã às 8? Nossos amigos que viajaram conosco, que ficaram trancados na sala de jantar às 8 enquanto comiam, disseram que não perdemos muito, mas ainda assim teria sido bom conseguir algo.Devo dizer que os colchões eram muito confortáveis, a única coisa redentora da nossa estadia.

O primeiro quarto em que fiquei tinha percevejos e também as fronhas tinham manchas como se nem as lavassem, também não tínhamos toalhas até chegarmos ao outro quarto. O outro quarto decente, mas o secador de cabelo não funcionou nem o micro-ondas funcionou também. Além disso, os telefones em ambos os quartos não funcionavam tão bem. Eu não ficaria lá nunca mais.

Hotel sucio, toallas con manchas de maquillaje, la tina con manchas de barniz, piso del baño sucio , el grifo del lavabo tenía manchas de pasta de dientes (al parecer era pasta de dientes) . La noche que llegue estaba muy cansada como para bajar a reportarlo así que lo hice por la mañana y me cuestionaron de que por qué no había bajado la noche anterior ¿Que clase de servicio al cliente es eso? Además la señora que atendió en mostrador de muy mal carácter y se tardó cerca de 15 min buscando en sus registros (hojas) “algo” solo para decir “voy a ver si alguien puede ir a checar” 🤔😖. No se hospeden aquí.

I did not have a pleasant stay. I had to visit the front desk SEVEN times because of key card issues(would not let me in the door when I returned to the hotel from dinner. I put the keycard in my wallet away from my phone the entire outing. The front desk guy came to my room and had to hook up the master key to let me in and a key that actually worked. So I thought. The next morning I left for an outing and returned and had the same issue. The room had no working lamps. The made up bed had stained sheets. The wash cloths had red and brown stains on them. Just an overall stressful stay when we were in the hotel.

This hotel was horrible, should not even be inhabitable. The sheets on bed was soaked with old blood,& bed bugs, mildew, missing pieces off the wall. Staff was extremely rude, refused to give refund. Will be reporting this hotel to the Health Dept. of Al. & that had space heaters in lobby . Fire department was called around 1:00 am. Reported this all to Priceline, they wanted to only offer us a 15% discount. Took plenty of pictures, can’t wait to send the to Health Dept! NEVER STAY HERE‼️

The first room I stayed in had bed bugs and also the pillow cases had stains on them like they didn’t even wash them , also we didn’t have any towels until we got into the other room. The other room decent but the hair dryer didn’t work nor did the microwave worked as well. Also the phones In both room didn’t work as well. I wouldn’t not stay there ever again.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. So bad that I refuse to believe the 5-star reviews are legit, but who knows. We got there and had to switch rooms because there were long dark hairs all over our bed sheets. Get to the new room and it is better. We all got to sleep only to be awakened by someone knocking on our door at 11:30pm. We stayed in bed until they OPENED the door after we heard a key go into the slot. Luckily I had the doorstop on and they went away. Called the front desk several times with no answer (VM inbox was full), so I get dressed and go down to the front desk. They thought it was housekeeping ... whatever.Talked with another guest in the elevator and he told me someone else was out front earlier complaining because they founds BLOOD on their sheets.I finally get back to sleep only to be woken up by the fire alarm at 4am! Neighbors were going to check on it, so we went back to sleep as it only lasted a minute.With our lack of sleep we didn't get around too early. Went down around 8:30-8:45am only to find out they closed the continental breakfast at 8am sharp. Who closes breakfast at 8? Our friends who traveled with us, who got locked IN the dining room at 8 as they were eating, said we didn't miss much but it still would have been nice to get a little something.I will say that the mattresses were very comfortable, the only redeeming thing from our stay.

Great place to say friendly family people never a dull moment! The staff here are all super friendly and do their job to the fullest and are happy to even do more. They have a nice bar and restaurant downstairs and free breakfast every morning or complimentary sounds better I guess. Excuse some of the hats and things in my room but always bring stuff when I stay here so that way I can have a little feel of home when I'm away

A primeira sala que fui designada já tinha alguém nela. O segundo quarto tinha água escorrendo do teto do banheiro. Eu reservei o Ramada porque tinha um traslado para o aeroporto. Infelizmente, não começou até 4h30 e meu vôo era às 5h35. Às 3h35, o elevador não funcionava. Não havia nenhum sinal dizendo fora de ordem. Tive que carregar minha bagagem escada abaixo. Quando eu disse a recepção, ela apenas disse eu sei. Não havia lenço de papel nem tampa para a pia, e o hotel estava simplesmente destruído.

The first room I was assigned already had someone in it. The second room had water pouring out of the ceiling in the bathroom. I booked Ramada because it had an airport shuttle. Unfortunately, it didn't start until 4:30am and my flight was at 5:35am. At 3:35am the elevator didn't work. There was no sign saying out of order. I had to carry my luggage down the stairs. When I told the front desk she just said I know. There was no facial tissue, no stopper for the sink, and the hotel was just run down.

Awful service. We park our car in the parking and they offer us a shuttle to pick us up when we arrive to the airport. We tried to call several times during 15 minutes and then we (my husband, my 3 little kids and me) are waiting for more than 45 min for the shuttle to pick us up. Penoso servicio. Aparcamos nuestro coche en El hotel y ellos ofrecen un shuttle para recogete. Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto tras intentar contactar con ellos durante 15 minutos, nos hicieran esperar mas de 45minutos a una familia con 3 hijos pequeños
