Great location and friendly service. Rooms are very basic and do not have fridges. Took 25 minutes to get a taxi so plan ahead!

Mickey's Pub was delicious as always. Wings were great! Could use a little more sauce. Server could of been a little better. Forgot to bring what we asked for after she dropped off the wings.

Be prepared for extremely disruptive patrons at this hotel. There must be absolutely no sound insulation in these rooms, because we could hear children shrieking/laughing + doing cartwheels/knocking wall, groups of people stomping/talking loudly at all hours, as well as children sitting directly outside our door + yelling from 10am-11pm. Front office should remind patrons with kids this is a hotel, not a playground. The rooms were barebones, barely any lights and not even a microwave, beds were VERY soft (uncomfortably so) and they charge you for the bottles of water they provide (why bother providing at all) - no continental breakfast, but at least the attached Smitty's/Mickies Pub are excellent.

I visited on Valentines Day! Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming, friendly & non-judgmental (because I am younger a lot of places seem to be judge mental & Think that I am going to party and wrecked their hotel rooms LOL) Ramada was not like that at all…… They didn’t bug my boyfriend or I, they gave us space and the time we were looking for with each other to have a special Valentine’s Day weekend… One of the things that I loved was being able to play my music I even had it a bit louder than I probably should have during the day while getting ready… But nobody complained the staff never complained everyone was super accommodating the whole time and just overall friendly and nice. The rooms were clean, they are a little outdated but that’s what makes the experience kind of cool… They have different themed rooms… But I chose to go with the king deluxe loft suite with hot tub! I definitely will book a hotel here in the future!

Our room was fine. Reasonably clean, with the amenities that we required... However... We could not believe how squeaky the floors above us were! Every single step that was taken above us was very loud and squeaky! You pay really decent money for a hotel, expecting to be able to sleep. That is the only reason you spend $150 for a hotel room, is too sleep! We did not sleep! This hotel accommodates many youth hockey, volleyball, and basketball teams! They might as well call it a frat house! I will never stay there again! Save your money don't stay here! Even with the convenience of having Orchard Park shopping center across the road, and the Smitty's restaurant in the hotel, it's not worth it!
