Room overlooking the people at the bar. Dirty, dingy, cheaply maintained and cheaply furnished. No blankets on bed only sheets. Really old drapes, particle board bedside table that was damaged and simply painted over with black paint. Missing base on one side of bedside table being held up by scrap piece of lumber. Looks like someone had a great idea to fix up this old hotel but didn't have enough money to follow through. Poor craftsmanship on repairs and cheap fixtures. Yellowish staining on caulking around toilet. Will not be staying again.

Beds were comfy. Welcoming music playing in a beautiful hacienda. Pool closed at 8pm & opens at 10am. It conflicted with our schedule so my son had to go for a 30 minute round before check out at 11am. Breakfast isn't free, I believe you pay a fee for it. Or buy some at the Cafe. Pretty pricey, needs a slab of paint in the rooms, remove outdated Paintings, portraits and frames. Overall the stay was good.

The most disgustingly filthy hotel experience of my lifetime. The floor was sticky when we walked in. Dirty fingerprints and marks all over walls and doors. Food stuck to the floor, something red and chocolate maybe?, something white on the cushions on the couch and chair. Tried to flip the cushions so I did not have to look at it only to discover the other side was worse. Something red and sticky splattered on the walls and curtains. I wore my shoes, sat on the edge of the bed, washed my feet and climbed in to bed. When I woke up in the morning I slipped my shoes on before climbing out of the bed. The sheets were clean. That was it. Room literally needs to be scrubbed from floor to ceiling. Avoid staying here at all costs.

My partner and I stayed here for a night on a cross country trip with our dog and we could not have been happier! We picked this hotel because the room rate was very reasonable but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was! The lobby and common areas were very pretty and our room was great. Very clean with nice tile floors and a lot of space. We would definitely stay here if we’re ever in Las Cruces again :)

Pros: Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was attractive; room decor was good. Good bedding and fluffy towels. Beds were moderately comfortable. Cons: Noisy for most of the night. Kids playing in the indoor pool until about 9pm when we were tired and wanting to relax after a long day. Lots of road noise, train noise, and cars in the parking lot playing loud music at 1:30am. Also, the top of the nightstand was not clean - had lots of gross stuff that we had to clean up. It made us wonder if other things weren't clean.
