Nos foi fornecido um quarto com uma janela que estava quebrada e foi realmente aberto quando fizemos o check-in. Não tenho certeza de arrumação se certificou de que as janelas estavam totalmente fechadas quando limpas. Não entendi por que estávamos localizados onde estávamos, pois parecia que o estabelecimento estava bastante vazio. Caso contrário, era um bom lugar para sair durante a noite.

Nos proporcionaron una habitación con una ventana que estaba rota y en realidad estaba abierta cuando nos registramos. No estoy seguro de que el servicio de limpieza se asegurara de que las ventanas estuvieran completamente cerradas cuando las limpiaron. No entendía por qué estábamos ubicados donde estábamos, ya que parecía que el establecimiento estaba bastante vacío. De lo contrario, era un buen lugar para desconectar por la noche.

We were provided a room with a window that was broken and was actually opened when we checked in. I am not sure housekeeping made sure the windows were closed fully when they cleaned. Didn't understand why we were located where we were as it seemed the establishment was quite empty. Otherwise, it was an OK place to zone out for the night.

Ela apenas recomendou que eu tentasse o salão do sindicato como eu nunca tentei LITERALMENTE em qualquer outro lugar. Eu nunca recomendaria este lugar para amigos ou familiares apenas com base no péssimo serviço que recebi. Faça melhor Ken.

Así que ni siquiera pude alquilar un espacio en el Ramada porque el servicio al cliente era absolutamente atroz. Estaba llamando para preguntar sobre el alquiler de una de sus salas de reuniones. Llamé aproximadamente 10 veces en el transcurso de 3 semanas solo para que cada empleado me dijera que le avisarían al gerente general, Ken, y que él se comunicaría conmigo. No me malinterpretes, los empleados de la recepción siempre fueron educados, amables y se disculparon. Estoy molesto porque Ken, el gerente general, NUNCA me respondió. Después de llamar 10 veces, recibir un número falso para comunicarme con él y enviarle un correo electrónico, finalmente recibí un mensaje de voz de una persona llamada Patty diciéndome que no me alquilarían el espacio sin ninguna explicación o disculpa. Ella solo recomendó que probara el salón sindical como no lo había probado LITERALMENTE en ningún otro lugar. So I actually didn’t even get to rent a space at the Ramada because the customer service was absolutely atrocious. I was calling to inquire about renting one of their meeting rooms. I called roughly 10 times over the course of 3 weeks just to have each clerk tell me they would let the general manager, Ken, know and that he would get back to me. Don’t get me wrong, the front desk associates were always polite, friendly and apologetic. I’m upset because Ken, the GM, NEVER got back to me. After calling 10 times, being given a fake number to reach him and emailing him I eventually got a voicemail from someone named Patty telling me they would not be renting the space to me with absolutely no explanation or apology whatsoever. She just recommended that I try the union hall like I haven’t tried LITERALLY everywhere else already. I would never recommend this place to friends or family just based on the awful service I received. Do better Ken.

27/10/2021 quarto 150 a roupa de cama estava cheia de insetos. Liguei para a recepção, a recepcionista disse que a manjedoura entraria em contato. O gerente não entrou em contato comigo. No dia seguinte, vejo a cobrança do quarto ser reembolsada em minha conta em 28/10/2021. Então, 11/08/2021, eles cobram meu cartão. Hoje, 15/11/2021, finalmente falei com o gerente e me disse que não, não, sem problemas de bug ninguém mais reclamou. Não é um desculpe, não é um reembolso. Estou adivinhando porque fui cobrado 12 dias depois foi para alinhar com o exterminador. Hotel de piadas inadequadas não recomendaria

O cavalheiro na recepção foi incrível! Adorei nossa conversa e ele foi de grande ajuda. Jim, eu acredito! ... ok, eu realmente espero ter acertado o nome!Cama confortável. Quarto limpo.Cachorros ficam a mais por $ 20/25 eu acho ... já faz alguns dias que eu não me lembro exatamente.

10/27/2021 room 150 the bedding was overrun with bugs. I called front desk, receptionist said the manger would be in contact. The manager did not contact me. Next day I see the room charge refunded in my account 10/28/2021. Then 11/08/2021 they charge my card. Today 11/15/2021 I finally talk with manager and tells me no no, no bug problemsnobody else has complained. Not a sorry not a refund I’m guessing why I was charged 12days later was to line up with the exterminator. Misfit joke hotel wouldn’t recommend

27/10/2021 habitación 150 la ropa de cama estaba llena de insectos. Llamé a la recepción, la recepcionista dijo que el gerente estaría en contacto. El gerente no me contactó. Al día siguiente, veo el cargo de la habitación reembolsado en mi cuenta 28/10/2021. Luego el 08/11/2021 cargan mi tarjeta. Hoy 15/11/2021 finalmente hablo con el gerente y me dice que no, que no hay problemas de errores, nadie más se ha quejado. No es un perdón, no un reembolso. Supongo que la razón por la que me cobraron 12 días después fue para alinearme con el exterminador. El hotel de broma inadaptado no lo recomendaría

Fiquei aqui algumas vezes enquanto trabalhava fora da cidade. É bastante barato e com isso não espere nada luxuoso. É um hotel que poderia usar um pouco mais de manutenção. A pressão da água nos chuveiros é boa e a água permanece quente. O quarto era relativamente limpo e a cama era mais ou menos. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático e profissional e tem um sentido de humor. No entanto, quando eu fiquei na última vez, eles estavam com falta de empregadas devido aos funcionários estarem afastados do trabalho por causa da Covid. Portanto, meu quarto não era limpo diariamente, o que é bom para mim, mas para alguns pode não ser. Não há elevador, apenas escadas para o segundo andar. Fora isso, tudo estava bem. Provavelmente ficarei novamente no futuro.

Me alojé aquí varias veces mientras trabajaba fuera de la ciudad. Es bastante barato y con eso no esperes nada lujoso. Es un hotel al que le vendría bien un poco más de mantenimiento. La presión del agua en las duchas es agradable y el agua se mantiene caliente. La habitación estaba relativamente limpia y la cama era regular. La gente de recepción es muy agradable y profesional y tiene sentido del humor. Sin embargo, cuando me quedé esta última vez, estaban muy escasos de sirvientas debido a que los empleados estaban fuera del trabajo debido a Covid. Así que mi habitación no se limpiaba a diario, lo cual está bien para mí, pero para algunos puede que no. No hay ascensor, solo escaleras hasta el segundo piso. Aparte de eso, todo estaba bien. Probablemente me quedaré de nuevo en el futuro.

Stayed here a few times while working out of town. It is fairly cheap and with that don’t expect anything luxurious. It’s a hotel that could use some more up keep. The water pressure in the showers are nice and the water stays hot. The room was relatively clean and the bed was so-so. The front desk people are very nice and professional and have a sense of humor. However, when I stayed this past time they were very short handed on maids due to employees being off work due to Covid. So my room didn’t get cleaned on the daily which is okay to me but to some it may not be. There is no elevator only stairs to the second floor. Other than that everything was okay. I’ll probably stay again in the future.

Eu tive uma estadia de duas noites (outubro de 2021) no Ramada by Wyndham Painted Post corning NY. Quando entrei no quarto, minha esposa e eu notamos as manchas de água no teto, o abajur rachado e manchado, a haste da cortina do chuveiro totalmente dobrada e a fronha suja. Eram 23h30, então liguei para a recepção, peguei um travesseiro limpo e decidi tolerar o resto. Minha maior preocupação, porém, era o fato de as portas de acesso não estarem trancadas. Qualquer pessoa pode simplesmente abrir qualquer uma das portas e entrar no hotel sem obstáculos. esta facilidade não é segura! Na manhã seguinte, liguei para o atendimento ao cliente e me disseram que não havia nada que ela pudesse fazer por mim. Solicitei que ela mudasse minha acomodação para outro hotel na área geral de Corning, NY ou Mansfield, PA. Ela ofereceu 10% de desconto na conta, mas isso é uma piada. O recepcionista do hotel nos mudou para outro quarto na noite seguinte. Quando entrei nesta sala, o tapete estava sujo e havia um pano de limpeza sujo deixado no banheiro. Toda a instalação está desatualizada e gasta, mas o mais importante é que não está protegida contra crimes em potencial. Vou postar este comentário no Google devido à falta de preocupação do cliente por parte da entidade corporativa. o pessoal local foi amigável e útil, mas as instalações são totalmente insatisfatórias.

Tuve una estadía de dos noches (octubre de 2021) en el Ramada by Wyndham Painted Post Corning NY. Cuando entré en la habitación, mi esposa y yo notamos las manchas de agua en el techo, la pantalla de la lámpara rajada y manchada, la barra de la cortina de la ducha completamente doblada y la funda de almohada sucia. Eran las 11:30 pm, así que llamé a la recepción y conseguí una almohada limpia y decidí tolerar el resto. I had a two night stay (October 2021) at the Ramada by Wyndham Painted Post corning NY.When I walked in the room my wife and I noticed the water stains on the ceiling, the cracked and stained lamp shade, the completely bent shower curtain rod, and the dirty pillow case.It was 11:30 pm so I called the front desk and got a clean pillow and decided to tolerate the rest.My biggest concern though was the fact that the access doors are not secured.Anyone can simply pull any of the doors open and enter the hotel unimpeded.this facility is not safe!The next morning I called customer service and was told that there was nothing she could do for me.I requested that she move my accommodation to another hotel in the general area of Corning, NY or Mansfield, PA.She offered 10% off the bill, but that is a joke.The hotel desk clerk moved us to another room for the following night.When I entered this room the carpet was dirty and there was a dirty cleaning rag left on the toilet.The entire facility is dated and worn out, but most importantly it is not safe from potential crime.I will post this review to Google because of the lack of customer concern from the corporate entity.the local staff was friendly and helpful, but the facility is totally unsatisfactory.
