“Tudo começou com o quarto para não fumantes que cheira a fumaça. Tínhamos 2 toalhas de banho e pedimos mais. Eles nunca apareceram. Eu escrevi uma nota para a limpeza e consegui toalhas extras, mas nenhuma toalha de mão no dia seguinte. nossa última noite, estávamos fora o dia todo e voltamos para um quarto não limpo. Fomos para a recepção, pois todas as toalhas precisavam de uma atualização e nenhum shampoo à esquerda. A pessoa na recepção disse que só limpam a cada 3 dias. Mas nós temos uma atualização na primeira noite aqui. Eles não acham que isso é algo importante para contar aos seus convidados? As cortinas do quarto estão rasgadas, uma marca de queimadura no edredom, as camas não são confortáveis, etc. Eu não vou ficar aqui de novo. Pagamos 600,00 por 3 noites”
