A equipe foi legal. Além dos quartos estarem desatualizados. E no primeiro quarto em que fui verificado, a porta estava aberta e não havia mais nada a dizer. Ele faz o trabalho para uma estadia de alguém. Também elevador teve problemas técnicos meus últimos dois dias.

O hotel fica em uma boa área com muitas lojas e restaurantes nas proximidades. Estava muito quieto e muito escuro. Nenhuma das luzes do estacionamento funcionou. Tivemos uma suíte de 2 quartos. O layout era bom, mas era só isso. O quarto cheirava a cachorro. Havia cabelo no chuveiro e um tufo de cabelo atrás da porta do banheiro. Também encontrei uma jujuba no chão. O carpete no quarto e nos corredores é desagradável e precisa ser limpo. As camas são muito macias e tinha muitos travesseiros para escolher. Eu provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente, a menos que a gerência elevasse o nível de saneamento.

El hotel está en una buena zona con muchas tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Estaba muy tranquilo y muy oscuro. Ninguna de las luces del estacionamiento funcionaba Teníamos una suite de 2 dormitorios. El diseño era agradable, pero eso fue todo. La habitación olía a perro. Había pelo en la ducha y un mechón de pelo detrás de la puerta del baño. También encontré una gominola en el suelo. La moqueta de la habitación y de los pasillos está sucia y hay que limpiarla. Las camas son muy suaves y tenían muchas almohadas para elegir. Probablemente no me volvería a hospedar aquí a menos que la gerencia mejorara el nivel de saneamiento.

El personal era agradable. Aparte de que las habitaciones han quedado anticuadas. Y en la primera habitación en la que me registraron, la puerta estaba abierta y atascada, nada más que decir. Hace el trabajo para una estancia de alguien. También el ascensor tuvo problemas técnicos mis últimos dos días.

The hotel is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was very quiet and very dark. None of the lights in the parking lot worked We had a 2 bedroom suite. The layout was nice but that was about it. The room smelled like dog. There was hair in the shower and a wad of hair behind the bathroom door. I also found a jellybean on the floor. The carpet in the room and in the halls is nasty and needs to be cleaned. The beds are very soft and had lots of pillows to choose from. I probably would not stay here again unless management brought up the level of sanitation.

Staff were nice. Apart from the rooms been outdated. And first room I was checked in the door been open and jammed nothing else to say. It does the job for a someone stay. Also elevator had technical issues my last two days.

A espera no check-in foi MUITO LONGA! Recepcionista alegou que havia muitas pessoas ainda na noite anterior. NO ENTANTO, o ESTACIONAMENTO estava MUITO VAZIO de carros na minha chegada! O quarto era bom e espaçoso o suficiente. Arrumação tinha deixado um lixo cheio sujo pode de uma estadia anterior no meu quarto. Os elevadores estavam com defeito e realmente precisa de manutenção antes que alguém seja gravemente ferido ou pior.

¡La espera para el check-in fue EXTREMADAMENTE LARGA! La recepcionista afirmó que todavía había mucha gente de la noche anterior. SIN EMBARGO, ¡el ESTACIONAMIENTO estaba MUY VACÍO de autos cuando llegué! La habitación era bonita y lo suficientemente espaciosa. El servicio de limpieza había dejado un bote de basura lleno de suciedad de una estancia anterior en mi habitación. Los ascensores estaban funcionando mal y realmente necesitan mantenimiento antes de que alguien resulte gravemente herido o algo peor.

Check-in wait was EXTREMELY TOO LONG! Receptionist claimed there were a lot of people still in from the night before. HOWEVER, the PARKING LOT was VERY EMPTY of cars upon my arrival! The room was nice and roomy enough. Housekeeping had left a dirty filled trash can from a previous stay in my room. The Elevators were Malfunctioning and really needs maintenance before someone is severely injured or worse.

Excelente ubicación, excelente personal y servicio de atención al cliente, y agradables comodidades. Quité 2 estrellas porque la propiedad se sentía como un hogar de ancianos, nuestra habitación estaba desactualizada, extremadamente gastada y olía a moho. Fue muy difícil ponerse cómodo.

Excelente localização, excelente equipe e serviço ao cliente, e ótimas comodidades. Tirei 2 estrelas porque a propriedade parecia um lar de idosos, nosso quarto estava desatualizado, extremamente desgastado e cheirava a mofo. Foi muito difícil ficar confortável.

Great location, great staff & customer service, and nice amenities. I took away 2 stars because the property felt like a nursing home, our room was outdated, extremely worn, and smelled like mold. It was really hard to get comfortable.

Experiencia casi perfecta aquí, pero mis compañeros de trabajo y yo encontramos el lugar un poco corto de personal. El registro fue a las 3:00 p. m., pero debido a los vuelos llegamos a las 9:00 a. m. Una habitación estaba lista, pero mi colega no consiguió una habitación hasta casi exactamente las 3. ¿No pudieron limpiar una habitación para él en casi 6 horas? Experiência quase perfeita aqui, mas meus colegas de trabalho e eu achamos o local um pouco curto. O check-in era às 15h, mas devido aos voos chegamos às 9h. Um quarto estava pronto, mas meu colega não conseguiu um quarto até quase exatamente 3. Eles não conseguiram limpar um quarto para ele em quase 6 horas? Caso contrário, a equipe foi amigável e os quartos eram bons. Eu ficaria novamente, mas não deposite no check-in antecipado lol.

Almost perfect experience here but my coworkers and I did find the place a bit short staffed. Check in was at 3pm but due to flights we arrived at 9am. One room was ready but my colleague didn’t get a room until almost exactly 3. They couldn’t clean up one room for him in nearly 6 hours? Otherwise staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. I would stay again but don’t bank on early check in lol.

La primera habitación estaba muy, muy sucia y olía horrible, humo de cigarrillo y olor a Jody. Nos mudamos a una habitación diferente. No apestaba como la primera, pero una de las dos toallas de baño tenía sangre y la habitación estaba sucia. Puertas sucias, asquerosidad visible en el teléfono. No podíamos esperar a salir de allí.

O primeiro quarto estava muito, muito sujo e cheirava horrível, fumaça de cigarro e odor de Jody. Mudamos para uma sala diferente. Não fedia como o primeiro, mas uma das duas toalhas de banho tinha sangue, e o quarto estava sujo. Portas encardidas, grosseria visível ao telefone. Mal podíamos esperar para sair de lá.

The first room was really, really dirty and smelled horrible, cigarette smoke and Jody odor. We moved to a different room. It didn't stink like the first one, but one of the two bath towels had blood on it, and the room was dirty. Grimy doors, visible grossness on the telephone. We couldn't wait to get out of there.

En general, el lugar fue genial. Maravilloso desayuno y servicio al cliente. Nos registramos tarde en la noche y estábamos muy cansados. Al ver el gran montaje que teníamos con dos dormitorios y dos baños, nos emocionamos hasta que bajé la colcha y vi de inmediato que las sábanas y fundas de almohada de mi cama no estaban limpias. También vi dos pelos largos en una toalla supuestamente limpia. Cuando me quejé con una de las personas de servicio al cliente a la mañana siguiente, ella dijo que las lavadoras no funcionaban y que tenían que llevar la ropa de cama a un Marriott hermano para que la lavara. Ni siquiera se disculpó y actuó como si fuera algo natural dejar la ropa de cama sucia en la cama. ¡Ty, que trabaja de noche fue el mejor! Nos registró y ayudó mucho con un equipaje pesado. Habría sido una estancia tan agradable si no hubiera sido por la ropa de cama.

Em geral, o lugar era ótimo. Café da manhã maravilhoso e atendimento ao cliente. Fizemos o check-in tarde da noite e estávamos muito cansados. Ao ver a grande configuração com dois quartos e dois banheiros que tínhamos, ficamos emocionados até que puxei a colcha e vi imediatamente que os lençóis e fronhas da minha cama não estavam limpos. Também vi dois fios de cabelo compridos em uma toalha supostamente limpa. Quando reclamei com um dos funcionários do atendimento ao cliente na manhã seguinte, ela disse que as máquinas de lavar estavam quebradas e que eles tinham que levar a roupa de cama para um Marriott irmão para serem lavados. Ela nem se desculpou e agiu como se fosse uma coisa natural deixar a roupa de cama suja na cama. Ty, que trabalha à noite foi o melhor! Ele nos registrou e ajudou muito com algumas bagagens pesadas. Teria sido uma estadia tão agradável se não fosse pelos lençóis.

All in all the place was great. Wonderful breakfast and customer service. We checked in late in the evening and we were very tired. Upon seeing what a great set up with two bedrooms and two bathrooms we had we were thrilled until I pulled down the bedspread and I saw immediately that the sheets and pillow cases on my bed were not clean. I also saw two long hairs on a supposedly clean towel. When I complained to one of the customer service people the next morning she said that the washing machines were out of order and they had to take the linens to a sister Marriott to be washed. She wasn't even apologetic and acted as if it was a natural thing to do by leaving dirty linens on the bed. Ty, who works at night was the best! He checked us in and helped so much with some heavy luggage. It would have been such a nice stay if it hadn't been for the linens.
