Este hotel não merece nem 1 estrela. Costumo ficar com o Marriott para negócios, mas minha experiência aqui, neste local, finalizou minha decisão de nunca mais usar o Marriott. Reservei um quarto por 4 noites para meu filho e eu. Foi-me dito durante a reserva do quarto que meu cartão no meu perfil seria cobrado e meu filho poderia fazer o check-in, pois chegaria um dia antes. Assim que ele chegou, as pessoas na recepção lhe disseram que ele teria que passar o cartão. Sem problemas! Só que eles já debitaram no meu cartão a semana inteira!! (pensaram que eles disseram que eu tinha que passar?) Quarto # e a chave do celular até apareceram no aplicativo. Meu filho passou o cartão por uma noite enquanto íamos descobrir o resto. Terça de manhã meu cartão é cobrado 3 vezes!! Em seguida, eles cobraram meu cartão de filhos também (para toda a semana)! ! Liguei confuso e irritado. Fui colocado em espera duas vezes por 27 minutos e depois 31 minutos. Quando liguei de volta, fui recebido com discussão e atitude total do jovem que atendeu ao telefone. Ele desligou na minha cara 3 vezes!! Liguei novamente e chamei "Hannah", o gerente assistente na linha, que era pior do que o primeiro cara. Meu quarto cheirava a xixi, o chão está descascando, o único elevador estava fora de serviço duas vezes em 4 dias, o preço cotado não é o preço real, até você no balcão. O é a estadia prolongada menos limpa que eu já estive. Alguns funcionários são ótimos e outros nem tanto. Os móveis são bem usados, os travesseiros eram horríveis, a válvula do chuveiro precisa ser reconstruída, tudo neste quarto e nos outros quartos em que minhas outras festas estavam é muito datado e precisa ser atualizado. This hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. I often stay with Marriott for business, but my experience here, at this location has finalized my decision to never use Marriott again. I booked a room for 4 nights for my son and I. I was told while booking the room that my card on my profile would be charged and my son could check in since he was arriving a day early. Once he arrived, the people at the front desk told him he would have to swipe his card. No problem! Except they already charged my card for the whole week!! (thought they said I had to swipe it?) Room # and mobile key even showed up on the app. My son swiped his card for one night while we were going to figure out the rest. Tuesday morning my card is charge 3 times!! Then they charged my sons card as well (for the whole week)!! I called confused and irritated. I was placed on hold twice for 27 minutes and then 31 minutes. When I called back I was met with arguing, and total attitude by the young man answering the phone. He hung up on me 3 times!! I called again and got "Hannah" the assistant manager on the line who was worse than the first guy. She was abrasive, accused me of lying, and when I told her that her attitude would be the demise of my relationship with Marriott, she said "do what you need to do" she did not care. Problem after problem. When my son checked out, "Kyle" told him "you know the problems were your fault" WHAT!!! I was on the phone for hours with corporate as they straightened things out. Recognizing that I am a valued customer who has never had an issue at a Marriott location. If you don't want to be treated like your in a motel, and you don't want mistakes made on your credit card, don't go here. Marriott must be having a hard time finding staff to have this team!! Unbelievable.

My room smelled like pee, the floor is peeling up, the only elevator was out of order twice in 4 days, the quoted price isn't the real price, until your at the counter. The is the least clean extended stay I have ever been to. Some of the staff are great and some not so great. Furniture is well used, pillows were horrible, shower valve needs to be rebuilt, everything in this room and the other rooms my other parties were in is very dated and needs to be updated. Based on my experience, I would expect this place to be half the price it is.

This is a very basic extended stay. Pros: large quiet rooms, clean fixtures and linens, no smells or bad water taste. Decent wifi. Cons: no plate-ware, nor coffee maker. Low-flow fixtures, wall mount showerhead. No breakfast room; foyer coffee, and grab-and-go only. This'd be great for a family of four, but it would be a poor choice for a business professional. Not quite the safest feeling, but not sketchy either.

Quarto era bom e limpo e um pouco novo, mas tudo o resto foi frustrante. O local é definitivamente um lugar terrível para ficar teve que cancelar 5 minutos do check-in devido ao quarto estar sujo e com um cheiro de fumaça vindo de outra unidade, o quarto tinha baratas. Não foi possível ficar lá em outra nota enquanto pedíamos um reembolso, fomos informados de que, devido a terceiros, precisaríamos solicitá-lo de lá.

The place is definitely a terrible place to stay had to cancel 5 minutes from check in due to the room being dirty and having a smoke smell coming from another unit the room had roaches. Could not really stay there on another note while asking for a refund we were told due to third party we would need to request it from there.

Room was nice and clean and somewhat new, but everything else was frustrating. Breakfast bar layout is a series of tiny corners and bottlenecks where all the guests and multitude of staff got crammed in. Constantly running out of stuff. Fruit was sketchy. Room basically flooded (guess they never heard of Legionella, apparently happens often which explains the faint musty smell) and very noisy due to thin walls, construction, and extremely loud HVAC. Wi-Fi weak or didn’t work. Security non-existent bc of the construction. Lighting in the rooms was poor. Style without substance.

Good room space and great locations, 10 mins for Legoland and good restaurants. The staff are friendly and breakfast is great! It is extremely friendly for family with kids! Surely will revisit if plan to go Legoland again

We chose this location because the start line for the Carlsbad 5000 was literally right outside the door. It was a great location for assessing the village, beach, and all of the race festivities; HOWEVER, the room was full of cockroaches!!! It was disgusting!! We had an ironing board but no iron. When I went to the front desk to get one, she acted like it was an inconvenience to her to locate one. The sink in the bathroom would not drain. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom. There were no other trash cans in the room. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Here for a month, service great, very kind, helpful. Location good. Cleanliness 2. A bit more daily scrubbing for my liking. Laundry room is quick & easy, but room filthy. Some of he permanent residents are slobs, and leave trash everywhere including the parking lot area, I picked up a bag full around my car & 2 pizza boxes. The pool is not treated or do we hear a pump running. Dogs have been inside and drink from water, a lot of dog hair. Back to trash, bins are always overflowing so there is a need for several larger bins. The trash rooms have food smeared on walks and raw garbage thrown in without bags! Cigarettes are smoked inside rooms along with pot. Our room had 2 broken chairs and cat claw damaged carpet & headboard. Urine smells in carpet, human. Not cool. I have a cat allergy so my nose & breathing is difficult. The windows are absolutely filthy and it's really awful looking out through them! Drains were plugged so bought draino. No food catch in sinks, bought 2. It is mostly quiet at night. There were screaming kids for 4 hours straight in the pool one day while parents tried to quiet them but then gave up to our suffering on a few days and evenings making watching tv or enjoying fresh cool air breezes with window open impossible. They live here fulltime. Transients come in their cars and park under the trees day & overnight as well. Overall it's too dusty and for $3000 a month me doing all the cleaning it needs better management in my opinion. Bummed.

Everything that could go wrong did. Keys not working, offensive smell in room, breakfast too far away to participate and no hot water in showers. Given option to use other room to take showers which was long long distance away I am 70 with recent knee surgery, husband is 76 with heart issues n daughter had back surgery. Still waiting week later to hear from manager.NEVER AGAIN

Love the Marriott line of hotels. Would have liked a 1 bedroom instead of the studio. Plenty of room for three people and a nice kitchen in the room. The main lobby was under construction and the breakfast and pool was a bit of a walk. Overall a great experience as usual from Marriott.

I came because I needed a freezer. I did not anticipate an upstairs tweaker stomping back and forth and banging on furniture for hours.My room has seen better days. What are these mysterious holes in the dresser and why is the ceiling different colors? Is it going to fall in while I sleep because Bigfoot won’t stop stomping? I won’t be extending my stay here ever again and I’m not sure if I’ll even make it through this night without leaving.Update: I called the front desk twice and they finally managed to put an end to the stomping. I made it through the night, but overall, this hotel is pretty creepy.

This freshly remodeled room is stuck in the past. We experienced our room keys failing after one day, coffee pot missing parts to make coffee, Netflix being limited to non 4k user accounts, and being locked out of the overall hotel. So overall it's a close spot to Legoland but it's outdated even as a recently remodeled location. Also the HVAC system is located in the bedroom of your one bedroom suite so anticipate a loud night. Housekeeping comes every 10 days. Calling for room service is like talking to a wall. We called for more towels and shampoo and got a bunch of everything but what we asked for. Must be a game for the staff.

We booked for the excellent location, refrigerator, and proximity to nearby family. Upon check-in, our room did not have a functioning shower; the shower rod was dangling from the wall, the locations of past attempts of securing the rod evident on the wall, no shower curtain was provided. We were told there was not a manager on site and maintenance might be able to look at it tomorrow (this was only a 3 night stay). It was hinted we could go to the store, buy a drywall anchor and reattach the rod ourselves and that it was easy… Late that night, the room next door cancelled and we were able to move. The rooms were surface clean, but very old, worn, and stained. There were holes in the furniture. The soap in the bathroom was already open and used by previous guests. The shower filled with water when in use as the drain was clogged, bathing in everyone else’s dirt and filth. Once we were clean, we had to get out of the shower and clean our feet in the sink. The smell of the hallway alternated between marijuana and retirement facility. There was trash on the floors. Police circled the hotel at night and people appeared to be sleeping in cars in the parking lot. One of our rooms had cockroaches. A hitchhiking cockroach was found on an item of clothing, more found in the room later. I am terrified we brought roaches home with us. Use the elevator at your own risk. It does not have any posted inspection reports and we were informed it has a tendency to break down frequently. We began to wonder at this point if the fire sprinkler system was in working order. Less critical, but the pool was confirmed functioning upon booking, both online and on the phone. Upon arrival, it had not been functioning for months due to 'an issue with the pump'. It seems minor, but this is where the dishonesty began. The staff is friendly, but I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.

My family and I had a wonderful experience here. We were staying for a family wedding, and had a complicated schedule, not to mention some issues with our bank before we arrived.Brittany was patient with us while we got things worked out over the phone with the bank, and helped us get into our rooms quickly after a long day on the road. Everything was clean, professional, and very, very friendly! The breakfasts were fantastic, the room maintenance was there when we needed it, and I am so grateful. Many thanks to the staff here for making our stay fantastic!
