“The hotel is an amazing experience overall, but a bit short of the 5-star experience it claims to be. Let me keep it short with only the things we did not like. No bathrobes, we did not ask for them, probably they would be provided, but it’s minor. The beach towels seem to be at least a decade old. And last but not least - the beach seabed is in pretty bad shape - a lot of seaweed and sharp shells and stones. Service was excellent and the food was delicious, cocktails were good as well! Well-earned 4 stars from my perspective”
