This hotel is a scam! I booked this hotel on October 12th for October 15-16 and once I arrived they informed me that the hotel is no longer a hotel, and is now a men’s shelter. I never got an email with a cancellation, and once I reached out to choice where the room was booked they told me I had to contact the hotel for a refund but obviously that can’t be done cause the hotel told me they are no longer operating. Choice refused to give me my refund even without being able to contact the hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! ¡Este hotel es una estafa! I have found joy in staying at this affordable hotel. They just opened last Wednesday, so everything is basically brand new—even in some rooms the remote is still wrapped in the plastic. The beds are very comfortable and the sheets were cleaned and smelled good. I have only met two people at the front desk, but they were very accommodating to my stay here. However, I can say that the location of this hotel is in the ghetto, but don’t let that scare you lol. The hotel do have security cameras and locks on all rooms doors. I will be coming back and hopefully the hotel stays in this excellent condition. He encontrado la alegría de alojarme en este hotel asequible.
