Spent last week here. Our room was really nice. The prices was cheap. The staff was really nice and helpful. We had our dog with us gladly accepted us having her. Did charge a ten dollar none refunded pet fee. Which wasn't a problem and cheaper then others. They have free breakfast and coffee every morning. If you're looking for a reasonable price room. This is the place. Definitely will be back.

TV didnt work. Stains on sheets that were clearly menstrual blood (probably were washed but the stain was not taken care of). Sticky bedroom floor which looked like it hadn't been mopped in a very long time. Drain in shower was clogged/didn't drain fast enough and made water back up. Hair and stains everywhere on bedding and the towels, which were also brown and stained but supposed to be white. Windows of sliding glass door were not clean and handprints all over them. Hallway smelled of cigarettes but room smelled okay. Staff was nice up front but for some reason on the second day, our key stopped working after the check out time even though we had already paid for a second night, however they turned the key back on, just a slight inconvenience. Cleaning staff walked into room without knocking at 6pm. Overall, I suppose you get what you pay for. We left and went to another hotel the second day.

I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars. This place was disgusting. If any comments from customers said that this place was clean... I think we have very different standards of what "clean" means. The room wasn't even functional. The toilet took about a minute to flush. The sink won't drain. There was BLOOD ON THE BED. There was a wet stain on the chairs. I had the worst nights sleep here. Absolutely disgusting. We had to switch rooms 2 times. The first room had no heat and no hot water, the second room had the blood, toilet issues, and sink issues. Also, the heat did turn on but it was just blowing out dirty smelling air. The room smelled horrendous! The whole hotel smelled horrendous! It smelled like dirty sweaty feet/socks. Please don't come here and definitely don't bring your kids here.

Hard to find because it is behind a Quality Inn. No exterior signage. Hotel is in disarray and looks like it is out of business. If I hadn't made a reservation that couldn't be cancelled I wouldn't have checked in. Requested a non-smoking room but was given a room that smelled like stale cigarettes. Was told by front desk staff that most of their room were unable to be rented due to repairs & carpet cleaning, although my room had no carpeting. Very low quality room. Exposed electrical outlet plates, bed sitting almost on floor, heat didn't work well. Definitely just a place to sleep, nothing more. No free breakfast, as advertised.

I was pretty unhappy with my experience here. If I hadn't just spent the price on the room and it wasn't midnight, we would have just left. While I shouldn't expect much for the price, this was probably the worst hotel experience I've had. Front desk staff gave us a room with a couple already in it and the next room they gave us was dirty and run down. Owner told us in the morning our room was on a list to not give out to customers but didn't offer us a discount for staying in it regardless. I do appreciate her multiple apologies for our experience though and she was very kind. She was Probably the only redeeming part of this whole experience. Bedding was not clean, stains on everything, furniture was run down and dirty, shower would not get warm, towels smelled like cigarette smoke. We would have asked for a different room or just left if it hadn't been for the awkward encounter we had with receiving a key to a room with a couple already in it. One good thing though- the wifi did work great.

Booked a room thru Booking.com for a one night stay & pet friendly. $43.97. With our pet.Pay apon arrival. Apon arrival there was no signage and a bit hidden. There was no one at the desk for checkin...

The hotel looks old, probably OK for the price we paid, but barely meets minimum standards. The place looks beaten up, refurbished inadequately. We saw small roaches. Beds were not very comfy...

Made a reservation on Booking.com drive all the way to Chattanooga get to the hotel and try to check in and they said they want a $100 cash deposit on top of what they already took off my card...
