Visitamos este local em setembro de 2021. Tivemos as piores férias de sempre, um desperdício total de mais de 3 mil libras. Eu não posso acreditar que outras pessoas estão dando avaliações de 5 estrelas; eles estavam no mesmo hotel? Banheira de água quente não funcionou na chegada. Durante toda a estadia a comida estava fria como pedra. Os pedidos chegaram incorretamente. Fiquei doente por comer um café da manhã frio. Muito caro (48 euros por uma garrafa de vinho). Cabelos pretos na banheira de hidromassagem. Obras de construção por perto. O hotel não nos deixava comprar excursões, pois não aceitava cartão de crédito. Sem representante no local (jet2). Piscina do hotel muito fria. 88 canais de TV, mas apenas 3 em inglês. O resto em alemão, espanhol ou russo. Fui para a cama com fome porque não conseguia comer. Sem entretenimento no local. Uma loja que estava fechada. Teve vouchers para spa, mas spa fechado. O telefone nunca atendeu. Sem privacidade na varanda, já que os parapentes se aproximam e assistem. Faia muito longe e era areia preta e rocha vulcânica preta. Até café no restaurante frio. No último dia cobramos 68 euros pelo café da manhã que já pagamos. Não comido como Stone frio mais uma vez. Marido summond para ver o gerente, pois o marido disse que não estava feliz. O gerente nunca veio ao nosso quarto para nos ver. Este não é um hotel 5 estrelas em nossa opinião. Era para ser um feriado relaxante e voltamos estressados e zangados. Não coma do buffet de café da manhã como eu. Toda a comida está gelada e agora estou doente. Gostaríamos de nunca ter ido.

We visited this place in September 2021. We had the worse holiday ever, a complete waste of over 3 thousand pounds. I can't believe other people are giving it 5 star reviews ; were they in the same hotel? Hot tub didn't work on arrival. Throughout stay the food was stone cold. Orders arrived wrongly. Got ill from eating cold breakfast. Vastly overpriced ( 48 euros for a bottle of wine). Black hairs in hot tub. Construction work close by. Hotel wouldn't let us buy excursions as wouldn't accept credit card. No rep on site ( jet2). Hotel pool freezing cold. 88 tv channels but only 3 in English. The rest in German Spanish or Russian. Went to bed hungry as couldn't eat food. No entertainment on site. One shop which was closed. Had vouchers for spa but spa closed. Phone never answered. No privacy on balcony as paragliders come close and watch. Beech far away and was black sand and black volcanic rock. Even coffee in restaurant cold. On last day charged 68 euros for breakfast we already paid for. Not eaten as Stone cold yet again. Husband summond to see manager as husband said he was not happy. Manager never came to our room to see us. This is not a 5 star hotel in our opinion. This was supposed to be a relaxing holiday and we have returned stressed out and angry. Do not eat from breakfast buffet as I did. All the food is stone cold and I am now ill. We wish we had never gone.

Já faz muito tempo que quase não me lembro, é um hotel fantástico e uma estrela Michelin se comer bem porque esses estabelecimentos são caros. É um hotel para desfrutar por alguns dias

Hotel absolutamente incrível. Sem falhas. Cada membro da equipe foi atencioso, acolhedor, amigável e eficiente. A comida e a bebida eram de qualidade impecável. Eu 100% recomendo uma estadia aqui e ficarei aqui novamente. Eu daria 6 de 5 estrelas se eu pudesse.

Absolutely incredible hotel. Faultless. Every single member of staff was attentive, welcoming, friendly, efficient. The food and drink were of impeccable quality. I 100% recommend a stay here and will stay here again. I'd give it 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

Hemos estado unos días de vacaciones en el sur de esta gran isla que es Tenerife.Nos hemos quedado maravillados del hotel.Todo impresionantemente mirado hasta el último detalle.Los camareros, cocineros, recepcionistas, camareras de pisos, etc son maravillosos.Un trato exquisito con la gente.Una amabilidad que no lo había visto nunca y una atención francamente de 10. Lo único negativo y no es culpa del hotel es que la gente se queda en las hamacas mejores de la piscina y no se mueve en todo el día y no dejan opción a que otras personas puedan gozar del mismo privilegio.

Absolutely amazing!!! Attention to detail of location, furnishing, and hospitality is second to none!! Chef's variety of how food is presented and variety of colours and taste in conjunction with the wine selection is exceptional. The dessert tree is a joy to receive. An experience not to be missed!!

Pésimo servicio y engañan al consumidor. Te dejan reservar en el hotel de Adults Only (que tiene un precio superior al normal) y si no es porque llamo para preguntar cuando llegas allí te cambian al otro ya que el de Adults Only lo tienen cerrado. Mucho cuidado al hacer las reservas ya que estan engañando a los clientes.

Precioso, con una atención impecable y una calidad buenísima.La arquitectura y diseño tanto de los espacios compartidos como de las habitaciones es espectacular. Muy original, con contrastes aludiendo a las raíces de dónde se encuentra.El desayuno es magnífico.Por el covid no pudimos disfrutar de la zona adults only ni de la piscina infinita, fue una pena pero totalmente comprensible por la situación, y fue compensado.De 10.

He tenido la suerte de visitar èste grandioso Hotel-Resort. Su vestíbulo interior, bar-club y otras instalaciones, parece un mundo aparte, con tanta calma y serenidad, agradable y de grandes instalaciones, tan limpio todo, tan atentos el personal, a tu menor petición tienes ayuda para cualquier duda, ideal al llegar y tener que orientarse, casi todos son muy parecidos, pero las vistas y las instalaciones, aquí son fantásticas y casi te abruman, más de dos años que quería visitarlo y por fin. Incredible hotel, visited in late November. Staff were very friendly and helpful.Stayed in a junior sea view suite - the room is spacious and well laid out, with an open plan bedroom/bathroom. It's pretty much exactly as the hotel's website pictures show. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food available and is really tasty. The other restaurants around the hotel are good quality and the reception will sort you a taxi if you'd prefer to head into town.There is a reasonably equipped gym as well as a spa with a heated pool, sauna and a cold pool. There are three pools around the hotel, one on the top floor of the adults part of the hotel, with great views and plenty of sunbeds. The beach is far away, you'd need to leave the hotel and probably walk about 10 minutes, if you really don't fancy the pools.Only changes I'd suggest are a hot tub in the spa instead of a cold pool and making the pool water across the hotel a couple of degrees warmer in winter.Will definitely return here when I'm next in Tenerife!

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in (and we travel a LOT) From the moment we arrived we received thewarmest welcome and a welcome drink and a smooth check in. The room was clean, spacious and with a lovely balcony and view. Every member of staff was friendly and went above and beyond. We loved the activities, especially the wine tasting and the beach and body. The yoga was held by two great teachers (Maria and Angela) and we went as often as we could. The food was exceptional, breakfast full of healthy options and one of the best buffets ever for dinner (even with steak cooked to order and bought to table) We booked a massage and didn’t feel rushed at all either like some places and a lovely treatment. Highly recommended and will be returning. Thank you.
