“We had a great stay and the location is prime. The only reason it's not a 5 for me (yet) is because it's still a work in progress. Raw drywall still in areas of the lobby. I think there was only one person working (although he was working super hard.. checking people in, answering phones and he even ran sheets to our room for the sleeper sofa). I assume they're working through the same labor shortage as everyone right now. Give them some time to sort that out and this will definitely be 5 stars. The rooms were spacious and it was great to have a kitchenette with young kids. Brand new appliances and very clean throughout. We'll definitely stay here again!”

Na chegada, o funcionário da recepção deu as chaves do quarto que não abrem minha porta, porque quando fui para o número do quarto na capa do meu cartão já havia um hóspede no quarto. (Provavelmente escreveu a sala errada na capa da carta da sala). O botão de chamada da recepção do telefone toca até a chamada cair e ninguém atender. Tive que discar 0 e a recepção finalmente atendeu. A TV parece ser um provedor de internet com quedas intermitentes de sinal que eventualmente travaram a TV da sala. A única recuperação foi desconectar o sistema da parede e agora a coisa toda não funciona mais. Não ficar neste hotel novamente e eu não recomendaria a ninguém que eu gostava.”
