“It was a very nice place. But the only thing that disappoint us is the upgrade fee. We booked our reservation last July 2019 for a room with sea view. We got there they told us that our room was in half way to the view, and they have a room with a full view with an upgrade fee. The resort was not full and we booked early. They have the room for us but they want us to pay more. We just don’t want to ruin our experience that’s why we just accepted it and pay. But this fee is not reasonable enough to charge us more. They tricked us with the fee that we shouldn’t be paying, so disappointing. Other than that we were satisfied.”

“Very comfortable hotel. Everything is made to make your stay enjoyable. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Service is really great compared to average in The Philippines.
Nice facilities whether the sun shines or it rains.
My kids love the pools, the beach, as well as the kid zone and its numerous activities.
Good location away from the crowd, but easy shuttle to reach the White Beach.”
