A localização é fora do centro da cidade, o que foi ótimo para nós, pois preferimos estar um pouco na periferia. A equipe foi extremamente agradável e nos tratou gentilmente. O hotel é bonito e limpo, mas o layout é estranho. A piscina é boa, mas não havia banheira de hidromassagem (não é grande coisa). Por alguma razão, tínhamos um quarto para deficientes físicos, mas não era muito diferente de um quarto normal.

Ótimo serviço na recepção e no restaurante. O quarto era limpo e ... acredite ou não ..... QUIET! Nós 5 minutos do centro da cidade e o traslado foi. O motorista do transporte foi amigável e dirigimos com segurança. A minha única reacção negativa para o serviço é que a equipe de arrumação bate na porta sobre 8-830 am querer saber a que horas você está saindo. Se você está dormindo em suas férias, isso é um aborrecimento.

Éramos dois hospedados aqui por uma noite. A equipe foi muito simpática e fizemos o check-in rapidamente. O quarto estava no edifício corcunda de camelo e era muito bom. Nós foram atualizados para uma cama king size que estava em uma grande sala. O banheiro era limpo e a banheira era grande, a pressão da água era boa o suficiente e a água ficava gostosa e quente. O ônibus foi ótimo para nos levar ao centro da cidade e funciona até meia-noite, basta ligar para eles e dizer onde você está e eles virão buscá-lo. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui novamente.

Excelente serviço, funcionários simpáticos. Chegou a uma sala limpa. A equipe foi mais do que dispostos a fornecer alguns elementos essenciais que deixei para trás. Embora eu não comer ou beber, no bar e restaurante do local parecia bom. Áreas comuns foram limpos e relaxantes com paisagismo e uma lareira. O traslado para o centro foi gratuito e funcionou até a meia-noite.

Eu visitei muito aqui quando criança e adorei, então minha opinião é um pouco ponderada. Os quartos são bons, mas um pouco antiquados. Alguns quartos são mais bem mantidos do que outros. As camas são confortáveis e carregadas com cobertores e travesseiros agradáveis. Nosso quarto desta vez tinha um banheiro dividido que é bom, exceto que o banheiro fica a um pé do chuveiro e de frente para ele. Torna a secagem um pouco estranha.

Quarto foi limpo e arrumado. Camas foram um pouco pesado no amido, mas confortável considerando. As temperaturas eram boas na sala junto com o cheiro. A equipe do Hotel foram atenciosos e prestativos quando precisávamos mais toalhas. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência.

Um pouco caótico no check-in, eles inicialmente não nos deram o quarto do clube do 4º andar que reservamos. Isso foi corrigido rapidamente e o resto da estadia foi boa. O quarto está limpo. O serviço de TV é bom, com alguns filmes atuais disponíveis. A sala do clube é um recurso agradável, servindo café da manhã e lanche da tarde e sobremesa. É um bom lugar para sentar e relaxar, há uma boa TV grande e PCs disponíveis. Usamos a piscina algumas vezes. Piscina é limpa e quente. Eu gosto do bar, eles têm algumas cervejas artesanais agradáveis e a comida era muito boa. Os servidores trabalham duro e são amigáveis, mas o lugar é simplesmente insuficiente e os servidores têm muito o que fazer. O serviço de transporte é excelente, nos levou ao centro e nos pegou em 10 minutos. Oh, o creme de barbear fornecido pela limpeza é o melhor que já usei. Posso ter levado mais um ou dois.

É uma coisa boa a conferência que estamos aqui é boa, porque o hotel com certeza não é. O nosso quarto não estava pronto para o check-in até às 7:45, que é incrivelmente tarde. No dia seguinte, não foi limpo até 18:15, e eles não limpar o banheiro obviamente sujo. Se você não tiver pessoal de limpeza suficiente para fazer o trabalho, contrate mais. Não consegue encontrar funcionários? Hora de começar a pagar salários mais altos. Em vez disso, eles estão oferecendo vouchers de comida de US $ 5 ou 500 pontos Sheraton se você "for verde" e renunciar a ter seu quarto limpo. Muitos hotéis economizam dinheiro, incentivando os hóspedes a serem ambientalmente conscientes e manter as mesmas folhas de um dia para o outro. It's a good thing the conference we're here for is good, because the hotel sure isn't. Our room wasn't ready for check-in until 7:45 pm, which is amazingly late. The next day, it wasn't cleaned until 6:15 pm, and they didn't clean the obviously dirty bathroom. If you don't have enough cleaning staff to get the job done, hire more. Can't find employees? Time to start paying higher wages. Instead, they're offering $5 food vouchers or 500 Sheraton points if you "go green" and forego having your room cleaned. Lots of hotels save money by encouraging guests to be environmentally aware and keep the same sheets from one day to the next. However, emptying the trash, vacuuming, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms is sort of the bare minimum expected of a hotel stay. Seriously unimpressed.

Un poco caótico en el check-in, inicialmente no nos dieron la habitación del club del cuarto piso que reservamos. Esto se corrigió con bastante rapidez y el resto de la estadía fue buena. La habitación está limpia. El servicio de televisión es bueno, con algunas películas actuales disponibles. La sala club es una característica agradable, que sirve desayuno por la mañana y bocadillos y postres por la tarde. Es un buen lugar para sentarse y relajarse, hay una gran televisión y computadoras disponibles. Usamos la piscina un par de veces. La piscina está limpia y cálida. Me gusta el bar, tienen buenas cervezas artesanales y la comida era bastante buena. Los meseros trabajan duro y son amigables, pero el lugar simplemente carece de personal y los meseros tienen mucho que hacer. El servicio de transporte es excelente, nos llevó al centro y nos recogió en 10 minutos. Oh, la crema de afeitar proporcionada por el servicio de limpieza es la mejor que he usado. Puede que haya tomado uno o dos extra.

Visité mucho aquí cuando era niño y me encantó, así que mi opinión está un poco ponderada. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero un poco anticuadas. Algunas habitaciones están mejor mantenidas que otras. Las camas son cómodas y están llenas de bonitas mantas y almohadas. Nuestra habitación esta vez tenía un baño dividido, lo cual es agradable, excepto que el inodoro está a un pie de la ducha y frente a ella. Hace que el secado sea un poco incómodo.

Excellent service, friendly staff. Arrived to a clean room. Staff was more than willing to provide a few essentials I left behind. Though I didn't eat or drink, on site bar and restaurant looked nice. Common areas were cleaned and relaxing with landscaping and a fireplace. Shuttle to downtown was free and ran until midnight.

I visited here alot as a kid and loved it so my opinion is slightly weighted. The rooms are nice but slightly dated. Some rooms are better maintained than others. Beds are comfy and loaded with nice blankets and pillows. Our room this time had a split bathroom which is nice except that the toilet is a foot from the shower and facing it. Makes drying off slightly awkward.

Room was clean and tidy. Beds were a bit heavy on the starch but comfortable considering. Temperatures were good in the room along with the smell. Hotel staff were considerate and helpful when we needed more towels. Overall it was a great experience.

A bit chaotic at check-in, they did not initially give us the 4th floor club room we booked. This was rectified fairly quickly, and the rest of the stay was good. Room is clean. TV service is good, with some current movies available. The club room is a nice feature, serving breakfast in the morning and afternoon snacks and dessert. It's a good place to sit and relax, there's a nice big TV and PCs available. We used the pool a couple of times. Pool is clean and warm. I like the bar, they have some nice craft beers and the food was quite good. The servers work hard and are friendly, but the place is simply understaffed and the servers have too much to do. The shuttle service is great, took us downtown and picked us up within 10 minutes. Oh, the shaving cream supplied by housekeeping is the best I ever used. I may have taken an extra one or two.

El personal fue tremendamente agradable y nos trató amablemente. El hotel es hermoso y limpio, pero la distribución es extraña. Éramos dos alojados aquí por una noche. El personal fue muy amable y nos registramos bastante rápido. La habitación estaba en el edificio de la joroba de camellos y era muy agradable. Nos pasaron a una cama de matrimonio tamaño king que estaba en una habitación grande. El baño estaba limpio y la bañera era grande y la presión del agua era lo suficientemente buena y el agua se puso agradable y caliente. El servicio de transporte fue excelente para llevarnos al centro y funciona hasta la medianoche, solo llámelos y avíseles dónde se encuentra y lo recogerán. Definitivamente nos volveremos a alojar aquí.

Great service at the front desk and in the restaurant. The room was clean and.... believe it or not.....QUIET!We were 5 minutes from the city center and the shuttle was free. The shuttle driver was friendly and drove safely. My only negative reaction to the service is that the housekeeping staff bangs on the door about 8-830amwanting to know what time you are leaving. If you're sleeping in on your vacation, this is an annoyance.

The location is just outside of downtown which was great for us as we prefer being a little on the outskirts. The staff were tremendously nice and treated us kindly. The hotel is beautiful and clean but the layout is odd. The pool is nice but there was no hot tub (no big deal). For some reason we had a handicap room but it wasn't too much different than a typical room.

There were two of us staying here for one night. The staff was very friendly and we checked in rather quickly. The room was in the camel hump building and was very nice. We were upgraded to a king size bed which was in a large room. The bathroom was clean and the tub was large and the water pressure was good enough and the water got nice and hot. The shuttle was great for getting us downtown and runs till midnight, just call them and let them know where you are and they will come pick you up. We will definitely be going to stay here again.
