Uma estadia maravilhosa com instalações magníficas, quartos muito bonitos, muito confortáveis e tranquilos. O local é esplêndido no meio de uma vegetação exuberante. Os pequenos-almoços e jantares oferecem uma vasta escolha e são deliciosos. A equipe é maravilhosamente gentil. Também estou muito surpreso com os comentários negativos sobre este assunto!? Eles estão falando sobre o mesmo hotel? Nada de negativo a dizer, foi ótimo +++++

Ótima localização, quarto muito agradável, limpo e espaçoso. O serviço impecável e a hospitalidade dos funcionários tornaram a nossa estadia mais agradável. Todas as pessoas são incrivelmente prestativas, educadas e generosas. Eles estão dispostos a ajudar a qualquer momento com um sorriso. Além disso, tivemos uma variedade de comida saborosa. Foi uma excelente estadia no So Sofitel Mauritius.

Positive: 1) Beautiful area! Whole Hotel area is surrounded with big trees & palms and Well-tended. Each room has its own little Garden and also a little private Outdoor bath. 2) Staff ist extremly nice and friendly (especially Raj as Concierge very obliging) Negative: 1) The Buffet was okay but I already experienced much bigger variety in other hotels with 5 Stars Level and such a high price. Furthermore things at Buffet got empty fast and took very long to be refilled. 2) The Air-Conditioning and Hot Water were not working for some time. (Staff excused but should not happen in 5 star Hotel) 3) Drinks at Bar very pricy (~10€ for alcohol free Cocktail) All in All: Nice Hotel but Price-Performance-Ratio a bit disappointing

Great location, really pleasant,clean and spacious room. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our stay more enjoyable. All of the people are incredibly helpful,polite and generous.They are willing to help anytime with a smile. Moreover, we had a variety of tasty food. It was an excellent stay at So Sofitel Mauritius.

You like design, luxury and discretion? This is the place. The quiteness and nature of the south of the island surrounds you and no such place to relax and easily forget your daily stress. The food was So\ delicious. I loved it and just waiting to be back.

- Pontos positivos: Boa recepção e excelente equipe. - Check-in rápido e recepção do quarto diretamente sem passar pela recepção. - O estacionamento fica logo no portão de entrada, e depois de descer do carro, você será recebido com uma boa sessão e uma bebida de boas-vindas.. Em seguida, o carrinho de golfe o leva diretamente para a sala. informações e receber a conta.. - A sala é espaçosa e seu teto é alto, o que dá uma abertura ao peito. - Disponibilidade de carros de golfe 24 horas por dia; Para te levar do quarto para o estacionamento ou vice-versa, para o SPA, ou para o restaurante se o teu quarto for longe.. - Existe um clube e uma piscina para crianças, e existe um SPA.. Negativos: O café da manhã é muito modesto. - O ar está forte e as ondas estão altas, então todas as atividades aquáticas foram interrompidas.. Não podíamos nem nadar nem no mar nem na piscina.. O estacionamento fica a 700 metros da recepção. - A cama é desconfortável. - A banheira fica fora do quarto e não oferece privacidade; Então não usamos.

Ótima experiência em um resort muito agradável no sul da ilha. A localização é boa, quartos com vista e saída para a praia. Todas as instalações são modernas e muito bem construídas e organizadas. A melhor experiência vem da qualidade da equipe, eles foram simpáticos, eficientes e sempre pendentes em nos ajudar com qualquer coisa que possamos precisar. O restaurante e a comida também são excelentes, com diferentes variações e menus durante a semana. Os quartos eram limpos e muito espaçosos. 100% recomendado para uma experiência relaxante em um lugar fabuloso. Mais uma vez obrigado a todos os funcionários do hotel.

Gran experiencia en un resort muy agradable en el sur de la isla. La ubicación es buena, habitaciones con vista y salida a la playa. Todas las instalaciones son modernas y muy bien construidas y organizadas. La mejor experiencia viene de la calidad del personal, fueron amables, eficientes y siempre pendientes de ayudarnos en todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar. El restaurante y la comida también son excelentes, con diferentes variaciones y menús durante la semana. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran muy espaciosas. 100% recomendado para una experiencia relajante en un lugar fabuloso. Gracias de nuevo a todo el personal del hotel.

Great experience in a very nice resort in the south of the island. The location is good, rooms with view and exit to the beach. All the facilities are modern and very well built and organized. The best experience comes from the quality of the staff, they were nice, efficient and always pending on helping us with anything we could need. The restaurant and the food are also excellent, with different variations and menus during the week. Rooms were clean and very spacious. 100% recommended for a relaxing experience in a fabulous place. Thanks again to all the staff in the hotel.

O lugar é simplesmente encantador. Tudo é gerido profissionalmente e os funcionários estão sorrindo e fazem tudo para tornar a sua estadia perfeita. A equipe garante que todas as instalações estejam limpas durante todo o dia e com um sorriso e um "olá" consistente, colocar seu quarto em ordem é rápido e perfeito. A cozinha é muito boa e variada. Nós nunca esquecemos, garantimos que você não perderá nada toda vez que acordar,No início da manhã, um verdadeiro momento de calma. Há uma atividade de passeio de barco, sem falar em uma charmosa vibe de praia...Talvez eu volte novamente a este ótimo resort, especialmente a boa recepção TANe E bem vindos a todos do restaurante e funcionários, obrigado a todos

The property is beautiful. The villas were very comfortable and we could view the sea from inside the villa. The staff largely were very nice. We had Krishna, Rahul, Priti, Sanjana and many others from all the teams making our stay comfortable. A few servers were rude and indifferent but thankfully the experiences were few. The place also has its challenges with tech expertise as far as getting wifi, intercom etc working and its a bit of a battle getting things working but there is normally a workaround if you continue to persevere.So we did get to have our dream holiday.

We booked a private beachfront pool villa for three nights. Unfortunately we were less than impressed. The villa was spacious and clean but a lot of things were broken or ill maintained and moldy. At that price point this is unacceptable. Extensive renovations of the rooms are in order. The Hotel is laid out very well and the tropical theme is beautiful. The Spa treatment was very nice although there was an unpleasant mixup with our appointment. No major discomfort but inconvenient when you are on vacation. The food is good but pricy when you don't book half board. The activities and meals can't be charged to the room but have to be paid on the spot. Again, not a major discomfort but very inconvenient and unexpected at a place like this. Another inconvenience was that the hotel forgot to do the mandatory Covid test upon our arrival. A little sloppy with the routine stuff although the hotel was not even close to fully booked. Nonetheless we want to thank the entire team at SO/Sofitel and hope that management still appreciates our honest feedback.

Passamos 10 dias neste hotel, funcionários muito acolhedores e atenciosos, sempre disponíveis. O hotel é muito bonito, com vários espaços, o restaurante e o bar são deliciosos. Os quartos são espaçosos e o layout torna o local único, a praia fica perto do quarto, o local é calmo e relaxante. Eu recomendo este hotel 100%, os maurícios são tão benevolentes e calorosos que você não quer mais sair da ilha.

Buenas instalaciones y servicio. Lugar ideal para descansar y practicar snokel ya que el arrecife protege la zona de baño por lo que se pueden observar muchos peces y corales. Para la categoría del complejo el buffet en las cenas debería de contar con más variedad.
