“First off, the staff is super helpful. Every person we spoke to were polite and efficient. We had to change rooms three times. First room, the fridge would not close. Minor problem but we did have items that needed to be refrigerated. We changed rooms right away, but the second room had really wet carpets. Changed rooms again. Our current room had stained carpets, chipped wall paint, sticky counter tops, missing lightbulbs and a shower that soaks the floor due to water spurting out directly from wall onto the floor. Called front desk and they’ve compensated and we’re super apologetic… not sure what to do at this point….. just tired of switching rooms and wondering what will surprise us next…”
