I would not recommend this place to anyone!! The customer service is horrible! I showed up with my 2 kids after driving 4 hours, ready to check in and they said they needed to see my credit card that was already on file. My husband who would not be here til 11pm had it. I had more than enough cash to cover the room plus incidentals but I was told I couldn't check in unless they had the card and couldn't take cash. I said here i am with my 2 kids, cash and you won't help me? They said no, no exceptions. I asked to talk with a manager and the unfriendly front desk man told me that he would call the manager but they wouldn't talk to me. He called them and sure enough they wouldn't talk to me nor help me. He said all he can do is cancel my room. I took my kids and got back in the car. I looked up the next closest hotel and let me tell you it was a blessing we didn't stay at the sonesta hotel. We went to Springhill suites and it was a complete turn around of the customer service i had just experienced. They got me a room, helped me with me kids and were simply amazing. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Springhill suites to start. Can't give this place a low enough score.

First room, AC didn’t work. Got us a new room 7 hours later, thankfully we had plans & were at an event all night. Came back to a new room. Both rooms reeked of dog urine. First room no/barely any hot water. Second room, janky smoke alarm goes off & wakes us up. Tried calling the front desk 3 times from bedside phone & cell phone. Nobody answered. Smoke alarm going off for 10 minutes. We ended up packing & leaving early. Upon check out when expressing concerns about being woken by smoke alarm & not receiving service on how to turn it off, I was met with attitude by Lisa at the front desk while her chihuahua barked from behind the counter. This was an extremely rough/noisy/rude experience for me with PTSD. Would not recommend.

This place is very overpriced to not have basic nesesityies like hot water and heat. I would not recommend or return. I know it's not the front desk fault, however they did provide a space heater. But for 200+ a night I should be able to heat my entire 2br. 2ba and have to choose to heat my room or the kids.. I was supposed to stay 2 weeks,left after they couldn't get it right on the third night.

I stayed a night and it was ok. Kitchen area needs cleaning and lot of food fliessurrounded. Some parts of the carpet wasn't clean. We use the sofa as bed and noticed under neath it wasn't cleaned. However the master bed was nice. Overall it's not good nor bad.

Fiquei uma noite e foi bom. A área da cozinha precisa de limpeza e muitos alimentos voam ao redor. Algumas partes do tapete não estavam limpas. Usamos o sofá como cama e notamos que embaixo dele não estava limpo. No entanto, a cama principal era bom. No geral, não é bom nem ruim.

I stayed a night and it was ok. Kitchen area needs cleaning and lot of food flies surrounded. Some parts of the carpet wasn't clean. We use the sofa as bed and noticed under neath it wasn't cleaned. However the master bed was nice. Overall it's not good nor bad.

¡Este hotel fue tan asombroso! ¡Teníamos un loft y era hermoso! Era espaciosa y limpia, y el personal era muy agradable. Tuvimos todo lo necesario para tener una buena experiencia gracias al personal. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, especialmente si quieres un lugar agradable para una familia. Además, la distancia al centro comercial y a muchos restaurantes era perfecta. Comparado con el precio de otros hoteles locales que ofrecen menos, ¡elegiría este hotel cada vez!

Este hotel foi incrível! Tínhamos um loft e era lindo! Era espaçoso e limpo, e a equipe era tão agradável. Tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos para ter uma experiência agradável, graças à equipe. This hotel was so amazing! We had a loft and it was beautiful! It was spacious and clean, and the staff was so nice. We had everything we would need to have a nice experience thanks to the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you want a nice place for a family to stay. Plus, the distance to the mall and many restaurants was perfect! Compared to the price of other local hotels that offer less, I would pick this hotel every time!

Eu tinha um loft de 2 quartos com muito espaço e armários. A sala teve alguns soluços, mas nada muito grave. Com certeza, ficaria lá novamente algum dia. A equipe foi agradável e convidativa. A área era muito agradável, não para do shopping ou cachoeira.

I had a 2 bedroom loft with lots of space and closets. The room did have some hiccups but nothing too major. I would definitely stay there again someday. Staff was nice and inviting. The area was very nice, not for from mall or waterfall.

Este lugar é tão pouco profissional. Meus amigos e eu ficamos aqui há uma semana e eles se recusaram a nos deixar entrar em nossos quartos no momento apropriado, então o chão estava molhado porque eles rapidamente o limparam antes de nos deixarem entrar. Não foi uma limpeza completa porque havia manchas na cama, migalhas de comida no sofá-cama, o chão ficou molhado a noite inteira em que estivemos lá, molhado, não úmido. Todas as nossas meias estavam encharcadas. Ligamos perguntando se havia algo que eles poderiam fazer a respeito da palavra e o homem com quem falamos ao telefone foi muito desrespeitoso e nos disse para sairmos porque eles não fariam nada a respeito. Eu não recomendaria que eles fossem tão pouco profissionais, tão rudes e apenas gostassem de roubar dinheiro das pessoas sem se importar. Eu só queria ter uma boa estadia em um bom hotel e não havia NADA de bom sobre este lugar.

This place is so unprofessional. My friends and I stayed here a week ago and they refused to let us in our rooms at first at the appropriate time, then the floor was wet because they quickly cleaned it before letting us in. It wasn’t a thorough clean because there were stains on the bed, food crumbs in the pull out couch, the floor stayed wet the entire night we were there, wet not damp. All of our socks were soaked. We called asking if there was something they could do about the floor and the man we spoke to on the phone was very disrespectful and told us to leave because they weren’t going to do anything about it. I would not recommend they are so unprofessional, so rude and just likes to steal money from people without care. I just wanted to have a good stay at a nice hotel and there was NOTHING nice about this place.

Quartos super agradáveis, grandes e espaçosos. Os preços são decentes se você acessar a booking.com ou similar. Eles devem substituir todos os funcionários, eles são tão rudes que não ajudam em nada. Falar de você não vai ajudar em nada !!

Super nice rooms, big and roomy. Prices are decent if you go through booking.com or similar. They should replace all staff they are so rude not helpful at all. Talk down on you won't help with anything!!

O quarto em si era "atraente". No entanto, os tapetes eram DESAGRADÁVEIS. Eu nem queria andar descalço. O banheiro não estava limpo e a geladeira cheirava a peixe. Em seguida, um adicional de 250,00 foi deduzido da minha conta (sem ser informado) como um depósito adicional. Isso foi além dos 400 que já paguei. O formulário que você assina informa que você será cobrado se algo estiver errado. Nem diz isso durante o check-out. E se eu dirigisse 6 horas até aqui e não tivesse esse dinheiro extra planejado? Eu não ficaria aqui NUNCA novamente.

The room itself was "cute". However the carpets were NASTY. I didn't even want to walk around barefoot. The bathroom was not clean and the refrigerator smelled like fish. Then an additional 250.00 was deducted out of my account (without being told) as an additional deposit. That was on top of the 400 I already paid.The form you sign says you will be charged if something is wrong.Nor does it tell you that when checking out.What if I drove 6 hours here and didn't have that extra money planned? I would not stay here EVER again.
