Nice place,but didn't stay because went to this Sonesta in error.Please be careful if book through 3rd party like I did.Directions brought me to this location,to find out there were 2 other Sonesta in the area.

Nós realmente apreciamos a estadia. O quarto era mais do que eu esperava. Saudação calorosa e amigável quando chegamos no hotel. Eu definitivamente ficarei lá novamente.

1st room smelled like weed, moved rooms and the adjoined room next to 301 was smoking cigarettes. I cannot be around any smoke as I just had a surgery so I left.

We really enjoyed the stay. The room was more than I expected. Warm and friendly greeting when we checked into the hotel. I will definitely be staying there again.

Eu fiquei com o hotel por uma noite em 23/8 em pontos de recompensa (noite grátis). Dois dias após o check-out, recebo uma cobrança de $ 113,40. Depois que liguei para o hotel e perguntei sobre a cobrança, ela foi revertida. Portanto, fique atento a algumas cargas aleatórias deste lugar. Também o hotel é datado. Passei a esperar mais do Sonesta. Caso contrário, é bom para uma estadia curta. Não tenho certeza se escolheria esta propriedade para estadias de longa duração.

Me alojé en el hotel por una noche el 23/8 en puntos de recompensa (noche gratis). Dos días después de la salida, recibo un cargo de $ 113,40. I stayed with the hotel for one night on 8/23 on reward points (free night). Two days after check out I receive a charge for $113.40. After I called the hotel and inquired about the charge it was reversed. So just be in the look out for some random charges from this place. Also hotel is dated. I have come to expect more from the Sonesta. Otherwise it’s fine for a short stay. Not sure I’d choose this property for long term stay.

Absolutamente HORRÍVEL !! Cheguei lá para o check-in que estava agendado para 3:00 em cerca de 3:50 para ser informado que o quarto não estava pronto. Eu e outras 5 crianças sentamos e esperamos por 35 minutos antes de podermos entrar. Quando entramos na sala, a primeira coisa que vimos é um sofá rasgado. Ia deixar isso deslizar até que fui puxar a cama dobrável, tirei as almofadas e bolas de poeira e cabelo por dentro. Quando eu abri a cama o colchão estava NOJENTO !!! Enormes manchas marrons por toda parte. Recusei-me a dormir sobre isso e ia avisar a recepção ao sair no dia seguinte, até que as crianças fossem arrumar as camas para dormir e vissem lençóis imundos com manchas vermelhas secas e manchas marrons naquele colchão também. O tapete tinha uma grande bola de pelos e estava extremamente sujo.Estou muito desapontado porque o que era para ser uma festa de aniversário do meu filho acabou por termos que sair às 12 da manhã. Recebi um reembolso, mas ainda não estou satisfeito e também irei escrever para a empresa. Inaceitável!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Got there for check in that was scheduled for 3:00 at about 3:50 to be told the room was not ready. Myself and 5 other children sat and waited for 35 mins before we were able to go in. When we entered the room the first thing we see is a ripped up couch. Was going to let that slide until i went to pull out the pull out bed, took the cushions off and dust balls and hair all on the inside. When i opened up the bed the mattress was FILTHY!!! Huge brown spots all over. I refused to sleep on that and was going to let the front desk know upon leaving the next day until the children went to get the beds ready to go to sleep and saw filthy sheets with dried red spots and brown spots on that mattress as well. The rug had a large hair ball and was extremely dirty. I’m very disappointed that what was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my son turned out to us having to leave at 12 in the morning. I was issued a refund, but I’m still not satisfied and will be writing to corporate as well. Unacceptable!!

Very, very, very disappointed with this hotel, especially for the price. Room is very dated, peeling paint, worn out furniture that doesn't even fit in room, air vents are so dirty and the one in the bathroom has mold - disgusting!! Doubt very much the room was cleaned prior to us checking in. Shower head was filthy. The Body wash was empty and the shampoo barely had any in. Staff was never at front desk and wasn't very friendly.

If this is a 3 star hotel I'm looking forward to staying at a 5 star hotel. It was very nice and clean. The staff was phenomenal. I'll be back.

Já fiquei aqui algumas vezes e é sempre uma experiência agradável. O agente da recepção foi útil para me mudar para outro quarto devido a um vizinho barulhento. O alarme de incêndio disparou após as 3h da manhã, o que não é culpa do hotel, nem é sua responsabilidade oferecer descontos ou uma estadia gratuita como outra avaliação sugere. Além disso, quartos encantadores e vale o preço por estadia.

I've stayed here quite a few times and it's always a pleasant experience. The front desk agent was helpful in switching me to another room due to a noisy neighbor. The fire alarm went off after 3am which is not the hotel's fault, nor is it their responsibility to provide discounts or a free stay as another review implied. Other than that, lovely rooms and worth the price per stay.

No me gustó. Las sabanas no estaban bien limpias, el baño estaba sucio y tapado. Y el desayuno buffet mas o menos en comparacion con su competencia.
