“Most disgusting and dirty hotel EVER. Had to go to the office 3 separate times to get an acceptable room. Staff seemed very indifferent and never apologized. First room had dozen of dead flies on the carpet in both bedrooms near windows (I took video in disbelief). Suite also had live flies flying around. Carpets in all 3 rooms were heavily stained and looked like the had blood and fluids on them. Suites not properly cleaned with care. Feces on one bathroom wall. I booked a suite so I could use the stove and oven. Oven in the final room was so filthy I didn't even use it. Kitchen was also missing a frying pan like the other room had. The outside upkeep of the property was non existent. Light fixture outside our door was hanging lopsided and filled with hundreds of dead bugs. Building and stairs need to be power washed. Huge dangerous cracks in sidewalks. Could barley roll our suitcases on them. Very poor and sad looking property. Suites were a great size though.”

“Do not waste your time ! RUN Roach Motel ! No elevator !Checked-In around 3pm Went to the room - yes spacious but stinky. No air conditioning. Called the front desk, they said they can send someone in an hour. When I explained I have a baby in the room and its 80 degrees, she said she can see if she can send someone sooner. After 4 calls and 40 minutes later, the maintenance guy comes over and says - "this room has been out of order, why did they let you check-in?"Called Priceline - got a full refund.Do not waste your time - run !”
