One star is a compliment. I could go into detail why it is worse, but would rather not do this to a Viceroy company. Although, I will make sure to let people know what this company stands for.

Resort enorme e bonito. A comida é ótima. No entanto, a Sala Grande é fantástica, mas é muito cara e dão uma quantidade muito pequena de comida. O atendimento ao cliente é excelente. Swamed nosso mordomo pessoal era fenomenal. A comida era tão boa fora deste mundo. A comida é muito cara. Em geral, um ótimo resort e a piscina Plonge foi divertido.

Equipe maravilhosa, desde a arrumação até o nosso mordomo (obrigado, Jeff!). Alguns dos mais belos paisagismo, vistas e oceano do mundo! A comida também era melhor do que esperávamos. Existem muitas excursões para escolher também (não se esqueça de visitar o spa e mergulhar!) Não posso dizer o suficiente sobre o quão longe todos vão para tornar sua viagem memorável. Voltaremos definitivamente!

Huge and beautiful resort. Food is terrific. However, the Great Room is fantastic but it is very expensive and they give a very small amount of food. Customer service is terrific. Swamed our personal Butler was Phenomenal. Food was so good out of this world. Food is Overpriced. Overall great resort and the plonge pool was fun.

Wonderful staff, from housekeeping to our butler (thanks, Jeff!). Some of the most beautiful landscaping, views, ocean in the world! The food was also better than we expected. There are so many excursions to choose from as well (don’t forget to visit the spa and go snorkeling!) Can’t say enough about how far everyone goes to make your trip memorable. We will be back most definitely!

Loved here! They are very kind have great service and the facilities are amazing. Private beach is great. Only thing is I wish they had more local food options on menu. The menu is very Caucasian :/

Ficamos extremamente felizes com a nossa estadia no hotel viceroy em St. Lucia. As acomodações eram muito espaçosas em nossa villa e vistas deslumbrantes. Variedade perfeita de restaurantes para agradar a nós e as crianças. Adoro o clube infantil e spa junto com a praia e uma enorme piscina infinita. Perto de todas as atrações da ilha e uma equipe maravilhosa. Valeu a pena cada centavo e mal posso esperar para voltar.

We were extremely happy with our stay at viceroy hotel in St. Lucia. Accommodations were very spacious in our villa and gorgeous views. Perfect variety of restaurants to please us and kids. Love the kids club and spa along with the beach and massive infinity pool. Close to all the attractions on the island and wonderful staff. Worth every penny and can’t wait to come back.

Não tenho queixas! Um local perfeito para lua de mel. A equipe foi gentil e prestativa em todos os sentidos das palavras. As instalações imaculadas e os jardins são lindos e bem conservados. A maioria dos quartos fica um pouco longe da praia, mas o serviço de traslado é eficiente e está sempre à mão! As excursões são de primeira qualidade e o Rainforest Spa é imperdível! Um local de férias perfeito para qualquer ocasião, mas os funcionários da Sugar Beach e a magia de St. Lucia tornaram nossa lua de mel perfeita.

I have no complaints! A perfect location to honeymoon. The staff was kind and helpful in every sense of the words. Pristine facilities, and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Most of the rooms are bit away from the beach, but the shuttle service is efficient and always at hand! The excursions are top notch and the Rainforest Spa is a must! A perfect vacation spot for any occasion, but the employees of Sugar Beach and the magic of St. Lucia made our honeymoon perfect.

Our hesitance to visit St Lucia while being restricted to the certified facility just evaporated from the time we drove in to the property. This resort is such a gem with the perfect location, amazing rooms, warmest of staff and just perfect for a getaway, whether it be the honeymooners or other like us just wanting to get away. I would recommend spending a few extra dollars and getting the All Inclusive meal plan. (of course if you are picking a Viceroy Property, you should expect it to be a bit $$$$) There is plenty to do at the resort and trust me all you will want to do is relax on the beach between the 2 Pitons and just take in the views everyday. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure the guests are well taken care of and are comfortable at all times. We are surely coming back for a week next year.

This is beach is paradise settled perfectly between the twin pitons. So secluded and private. This is a must place to visit and should be on everyone's bucket list. The best way to access the beach is by boat.

Our 10 year anniversay. Love it. Definitely paradise. Food was great, service was amazing, resort was amazing. I want to give props and a huge kudos to our guide for the sulfuric springs tour, Dewayne. We could not have asked for a better guide. Hr was very personable, easy to talk to, he brought us water and fruit for snacks. At the volcanic sulfur bath, he gathered the mineral mud for us, helped us apply the mud, took great pictures. I cannot express enough how grateful we are for such a great guide. Watching other guides with other tours, it was definitely worth the stay and price for sugar beach. This was a very needed RR vacation. We stayed down in the villa. About a 2 minute walk to the beach. Free snorkeling, kayaking, sail boating and other non motorized activities. I would recommend this place to anyone that would want a great get away.

Sugar beach is one of my favorite properties to vacation at! Their service is impeccable and their accommodations are superb! I wish they had more food options but other than that- they are my ideal vacation spot!

NOTE- we visited the beach only as guests at a nearby hotel. It's a nice beach, and the artificial white sand and calm surf makes a good place to spend the day. Downside is the price - for non-resident guests, you are limited to seats in the back row, and even then it's $50 US / each. Drinks run at $16 minimum, and we shared a very average chicken wrap for $30 US. People say you're paying for the view, and to an extent that's true; the beach is between the two famous Pitons, but I have to admit feeling like even that didn't justify the expense. Also, note that there is a completely free beach on the far right hand side, but it's extremely small (maybe 10 yards wide) and seems to be incredibly crowded.

Sugar beach Viceroy Resort, simply said. superb! The entire staff from welcome check in, to personalized villa butler service is seamlessly amazing. Breakfast arrives to our villas every morning (time requested). Arranging for premium taxi service is super easy if you have a day trip planned outside of the resort (mark my words, you will never tire of the amazing views from the villas). Our 3 bedroom villa was a surprise upgrade at check in (from our booked 2 bedroom). I can't stress how thoughtful the Sugar Beach staff is, from the complimentary beverages and spirits to the villa maintenance staff cleaning our pool patio and private infinity edge pool & hot spa. Sugar Beach is a definite on our return trip list!

This is a superb resort with accommodation spread over a wide (but steep) area. The resort provides plentiful (and much needed) transport with no more than a few minutes wait. The beach is excellent...
