Um hotel encantador e funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. A única coisa que eles podem melhorar são as opções de café da manhã, caso contrário, este hotel é um bom lugar para ficar, se a sua ideia é usá-lo apenas para entrar e sair rápido, use-o principalmente para pernoite enquanto você explora outras partes da cidade.

A lovely hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Only thing they can improve on are the breakfast options else this hotel is a good place to stay if your idea is to use it just for quick in and out , mainly use it for night stay whilst you explore other parts of the city.

Usado para saltar para Versalhes. Quarto era ótimo para famílias com crianças. Grande, cerca de 30 m/2, com banheira separada, chuveiro e WC. Há também uma geladeira e TV paga. Café-da-manhã foi ok, para o preço as adições como a sala de fitness também são ok. O estacionamento seguro e gratuito no estacionamento subterrâneo também foi super prático. Mas o cavalheiro na recepção à noite foi super simpático e prestativo. 5 estrelas.

Hotel de paso, nada más, desayuno pobre y sala muy pequeña, para cuatro estrellas muy deficiente, parece un hotel de carretera, venden de todo menos simpatia, lo unico remarcable es que las habitaciones son amplias, tiene parking y poca cosa mas. Solo recomendable en caso de una noche.

Uma visita positiva a este estabelecimento, matraquilhos e chuveiro self-service arcade e banho no quarto com sabonete de qualidade.Apreciei muito chegar diretamente no estacionamento seguro e coberto com acesso direto ao elevador da recepção e onde para o quarto.Muito boas lembranças da minha experiência. A equipe foi atenciosa durante a nossa estadia.Obrigada

Ficamos por 4 noites no final de outubro. Pessoal muito acolhedor. Tivemos um quarto familiar no 3º andar. Ao contrário de alguns comentários, você não teve problemas com ruído. O quarto era bom, mas um pouco apertado para 4 pessoas (2 adultos + 2 crianças). A ventilação pode não ser muito adequada para esta carga, mas mesmo assim uma boa experiência por um preço muito interessante. Estacionamento interno e externo gratuito.

Unfortunately google is not allowing zero star so I have given 1star. I stayed there for 7days. Worst ever stay.. 1) None of the charging plugs were working properly, the time I kept my phone on charging, power gone. 2) housekeeping is the worst ever. They block the lift every day for 3-4 hours 8am to 11:30am all days in a week. 3) receptionist lady who sits in morning hours is very very very rude when I complained about lift block issue because of housekeeping. 4) they don't care about customer at all. 5) breakfast is disgusting, everything is stale and frozen. 6) I have booked suite with 1double bed, 1 single bed and 1 sofa but while check in they denied that"though we book that room but we can not give it because you are only 3 people, and that room we give to family of 4people". (In that case why don't you tell this upfront while booking that we have this condition while allocating the room when guest reach at hotel) CHEATERS. 7) only receptionist speaks broken English, rest all staff don't even know English, they don't reply. 8) if you need anything in room-service, you need to go to reception and collect (then why you are keeping housekeeping and room service staff and charging for it) 9) location- it is too far from Paris. Takes minimum 1.5hours to reach through public transport and 45mins to reach through personal car. Genuinely, if you even get to stay in this hotel for free, please don't go.

It's ok for one or two nights. Breakfast is poor, just 2 type of croissants (the smallest size), not a real continental breakfast ,(just baked ham, a bit of cheese, no boiled eggs but a sorte of scrambled eggs. But it costs 16€/person. It Is not worthy of this price. The night porter is very kind

Las habitaciones son grandes y el hotel está muy bien, vale la pena. La noche suele salir por unos 100 euros. Lo único malo es que está fuera de París y hay que coger taxi para casi todo.

Recomendado al 100% para ir en familia y poder estar cerca de Paris centro sin gastar muchísimo dinero. Habitación muy bien equipada y cuidada. Con microondas, Nespresso, hervidora de agua, nevera y friega platos. Si volvemos a Paris seguro que repetimos el hotel. Éramos dos adultos y dos niños pequeños y teníamos una cama King size y cada niño su cama. Muy bueno

Las habitaciones están muy bien, y limpias. La hubicacion está correcta, y el parking excelente. No hay muchas cosas a los alrededores, por lo que es recomendable tener coche. Hay un rentacar en la puesta. Los chicos son muy amables. El desayuno podría estar mejor, bastante escaso. No tienen cocina, así que si quieres comer algo allí, hay un par de neveras con platos hechos. A 10 min en coche de Versalles.

This is located in Velizy and the nearest tram line is T6 and tram station is meudon la foret.Area wise it is amazing since there is a mall nearby where you can get almost all the things and a supermarket nearby.Lots of eating options as well including Indian food.The room was big and spacious and the room service was perfect.The breakfast was good and the reception people were amazingly nice .Overall a nice experience.

Nowhere near 4 stars. The breakfast was limited and chaotic, with the dining area far too small for the number of rooms. There were weird of 15 minutes to get served at the bar. The room was large, with a Nespresso machine, which was a positive. Less of a positive was that Housekeeping were moving and crashing 6ft laundry crates loudly right outside my room at 2am for about an hour. Definitely not one to recommend if you need a guarantee of a comfortable night, judging by this and other reviews here, and definitely not up to the usual Novotel brand.

Comfortable and clean. Rooms large. Bed was comfortable too. Place has a slight hostel feel rather than hotel but breakfast was good and simple. Coffee machine was excellent at breakfast. Probably wouldn't stay here again as other local hotels a bit nicer

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was included in the room and easy to access. The room was spacious and had good facilities, Nespresso machine, separate shower and bath in the bathroom, microwave, safe. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice. The room was generally clean although the toilet smelled of urine as though it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned around the base. The family room we had, faced onto the front entrance area which had tables and chairs with a table football under a canopy. When we tried to go to sleep this proved challenging as the noise was far too loud. People were at the tables making noise under our (3rd floor) window until about 1am, then again at about 3.30am. We could also hear noise from other rooms on neighbouring floors at different points. I am normally quite a heavy sleeper but was not able to get a good night's sleep here and neither was my wife and 1 year old daughter.
