Rooms were very clean and the staff quite friendly. This location is very convenient to the airport and offers free shuttle service to and from the airport terminals. The free breakfast was awesome--good coffee, toast, danish, waffles, cereal, yogurt, juice, and fresh fruit. I will definitely be back!

Price quoted on the phone was lower than when I reached the hotel who they said the rate did not exist only this same rate to be advertised on the wifi log in! I came down 2 minutes late for breakfast and was told I wasn't even allowed a glass or orange juice and then the cleaning staff just came.into my room without even knocking. The room itself was nice and pick up from the airport was fast but I really hate when you get poor service.

We were pleased with our one-night stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained, and the hotel was conveniently located near the airport. We were there to pick up family, so the proximity was a plus.The "free" breakfast was typical for such places.

This was a cheap place to stay. The drive into downtown wasn't bad, it was just a quick hop on the interstate and you are there. The rooms were clean when we arrived. The breakfast was quite underwhelming with only waffles, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Nothing to special.

Good place for single night. Cheap and close to the airport. There are free shuttle from domestic area. The room has just the amenities needed. The breakfast start at 6 and finish by 9. It is complimentary. There is a near by restaurant for lunch and dinner

It was a pretty OK place for an overnight stay. We had a long layover with our parents before we left to go out of the country and there is a Ruby Tuesday's within walking distance. The lady working at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the hotel was okay. Nothing extravagant but about what you would expect from an airport Super 8

Worst motel I've ever stayed at. The only pros I have are that the stay was cheap, there was a shuttle to and from the airport, and there was free WiFi and TV. However, the staff was rude, the breakfast was horrible, and most importantly, my room was dirty. The first night I got there there were still pubic hairs on my bed. I asked them to change the sheets, which they did. However, the next night they changed it again and there were huge black marks all over the sheets and cover. I asked them to change it again and they refused. I slept that night without any covers. The bathroom was also dirty. There were hairs in the tub, which I had to rinse out. I will never stay here again.

Honestly I would give zero stars if that were an option. I've never bothered to write reviews for hotels and I don't travel that often. As it stands this is one of the top 3 worst hotels I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The only positive thing I can say is that the room was clean, only reason the hotel isn't the worst one I've stayed in.To start off with we never received housekeeping service the entire 3 nights we stayed there. This meant our linens were never changed and we never received fresh towels nor were dirty ones taken out. We had to go to ask for towels twice as the two towels and two hand towels didn't last long between three adults and three children. The first time we asked for towels the man behind the front desk threatened to call the police if we continued to complain about the lack of service. The second time we were simply told that we weren't going to receive towels because it wasn't his job, that we would have to wait till after nine AM when the housekeepers got there.At checkout I ended up getting into with the front desk clerk, the same one we'd been dealing with this whole time. He was upset that more than one person was in the room because the reservation stated there would be only one person, why we would specifically book a room with two beds for a single person is logic that I will never understand. After explaining that we notified them of the number of people in the room when we made the reservation he still refused to hear it and acted like we had somehow offended him by having more people in the room.The breakfast was very poor and beyond the coffee there wasn't a single warm item to be found, even the waffles were cold. I've been working as a front desk clerk at hotels for the last few years and there is no excuse for the level of rudeness and just general laziness of the front desk staff, I can't say much about the housekeeping staff as I never knew they existed until I was checking out and they were practically hovering over me waiting for me to leave. I've worked at lower tier hotels in an area that sees way less business than Atlanta does and we still provided better service, like hot breakfasts and decent housekeeping. I will be returning for the same event next year but I will not be staying here. I'd rather drive the two and half hours from house to the convention than stay here.

We decided to go the cheaper route for our stay since we were just spending 6 hours sleeping at a hotel for the night. However our experience was less than good. We walked into the hotel with the heavy scent of weed permeating through the hallways, stair well, and elevator on all 3 levels of the hotel. The walls were super thin as well and we could hear the guests moving around, making food in their microwave, etc, all night long. I could barely sleep. However, the worst part was how rude the manager was to us. We were staying in a room with a king sized bed, but we only received 2 pillows that were the size of throw-pillows. Two tiny square pillows. We asked for an additional few pillows and he was very rude and told us to leave if we didn't approve of his amenities. Although, they clearly stated if you needed anything, they would offer it to you. Very disrespectful, and I will never go there to stay again.

The service isnt always fantastic, but most of the staff were friendly. They gave me a smoking room though I don't smoke. It smelled as you would expect a floor with smoking to smell. The bathroom was clean other than the tub, which I had to clean myself. Great food from the nearby Papa John's can be delivered right to your room. Breakfast was decent, and the view out the windows is pretty good too if you love planes like I do. If you don't like planes, expect a fair amount of noise from them. The amenities were great and all in all, it was a decent stay for the price. Recommended if money is tight.

Very nice place. Clean and well furnished, at a great price and close to the airport. Could only faintly hear planes taking off. And they were able to get me a shuttle at 4:30 am so I could catch my early flight. Would definitely stay here again.

I needed an affordable room for the night and I wasn't let down.I did not have high expectations going in but once I arrived I feel like I got a great room for what I paid.The staff was super friendly.The room was clean and had a work area with wifi, refrigerator, microwave and TV.There was also a continental breakfast.If you are looking for a room for a short period of time, then this is your place.If I ever am in that area again, I would book again.

Best value. I stayed for 3 nights. Great breakfast, great staff, great location. The owner takes personal care of you. Their airport shuttle service is quite handy. If you are in Atlanta and need close to the airport, this is a great place for the value of your money. This was my third time at this location. The owner and staff are very nice. Highly recommended.
