Parabenizo pela excelente gestão, o serviço com muita qualidade, espaços muito agradáveis especialmente as zonas verdes, com uma vista magnífica para o mar, muito acolhedor, a comida e bebidas com qualidade. Excelente localização, bom hotel, boas vistas e boa comida!!! Alguns items que baixam a sua cotação: Internet grátis péssima, só pagando para ter melhor. Bebidas do TI muito, mas mesmo muito, básicas e horários em geral, de restaurantes, bares, piscina, exclusivamente, virados para os nórdicos e os seus costumes.. fecha tudo muito cedo.. Animação qb, mais uma vez, só para nórdicos..

Me hospedé con mi marido y mi hijo de 11 años para pasar un fin de semana de descanso. La habitación muy bien, limpia y muy amplia. Las zonas comunes bonitas y cuidadas pero la piscina de adultos (una y pequeña) para la gran cantidad de huéspedes que había. Coger hamaca fue una odisea porque desde el alba estaban ocupadas. La animación muy pobre y eso que el hotel estaba bastante lleno. Fuimos con todo incluido y los comedores estaban bien pero la comida la esperaba mejor. El café una "M....." Agua chirre y el resto de bebidas igual de mal. El personal de recepción muy amable, un 10 para ellos.

Pros: - Very clean rooms - Enough dining options - When we visited, there were plenty of sunbeds available by the pool - There is a nice private beach Cons: - 4 hours before departure to the airport, my iPhone was stolen from the locked luggage room! For a 4 star hotel you would expect better security! - The elevators often have malfunctions and the waiting time for an elevator to arrive can take up to 15 minutes. It's not nice to have to walk up 18 stairs. - When the food is just served, it is very tasty. After that it gets very tough and you don't want to eat that. - The cocktails are made with a juice machine, this was very disappointing.

Estamos actualmente hospedados en el Mogán Princess, contratas unos servicios que no dan, en régimen de todo incluidos, incluye o al menos así lo venden cuando contratas, un bar en la playa , pues ayer se estropeó el dispensador de cerveza, y ahora mismos son las 2 de la tarde , y siguen sin cerveza ., no te lo pierdas!!! No lo reemplazanpor unas latas , o botellín, y a las 2 de la tarde, no tienen comida caliente , ayer tampoco, el horario de servicio del local es de 11d la mañana a 6 d la tarde , con todos los servicios en funcionamiento! Llamas al hotel, y no cogen el teléfono, y tienen a estos pobres chicos trabajando a destajo , y encima, dando la cara con el cliente!! Señores directivos de la cadena Princess!! Penoso que engaño!! Soy cliente habitual de la isla y de la cadena lopessan ! Este año quisimos probar con ustedes y desde mi punto de vista no alcanzan el nivel,, saludos ( he puesto aquí la reseña , en este hotel puesto que el local de la playa lo comparten ambos hoteles pero lo gestiona el Taurito). Honestly...a week is perfect here but anything more and you need to book trips. The all inclusive is.. Very samey... The staff are nice but if its a special occasion, apart from a complimentary cocktail, you will get the same treatment. Wouldn't honeymoon here but would have a little get away.

Buenas, me encuentro alojado en el hotel Taurito Princess en Mogán. Mi novia y yo pagamos un todo incluido y la primera sorpresa que nos encontramos es q hay bebidas (las decentes) q no entran dentro del “todo incluido”, pero bueno podemos soportarlo, cuando nos entra sed preguntamos q donde podíamos conseguir agua y la respuesta fue q teníamos q subir a la habitación los vasos de agua de una máquina, el agua estaba asquerosa para colmo nos dicen q si queremos agua normal tenemos q pagarla 1,5€ la botella de litro y medio, para tener acceso a esas cosas tienes q tener una pulsera diferente por la cual tienes q pagar 12€ por día de más por persona, no te hacen el café ese es pago tienes q hacerlo tú en la máquina q sale aguado, las bebidas todas aguadas al ser de maquina, el primer día la habitación de encima no paro de hacer ruido hasta las 3 de la mañana, me quejé y no me solucionaron nadano descase nada ese día, en fin me siento engañado no te enteras de las diferentes pulseras hasta q no llegas das por hecho q el todo incluido es lo q su nombre indica y nada más lejos de la realidad solo incluye las comidas, nefasto el hotel no pienso venir nunca a ningún Princess. El personal súper atento y muy amables, las habitaciones bien, poca variedad de comidas

+ Environment - View from the hotel and nice surroundings, clean rooms, very kids friendly + Restaurants and beverages - most of the food is absolutely delicious, long period of serving food, queues for drinks and buffets are not too large as at other all inclusive hotels we have been + Staff - hard working and polite, funny and kind animators and great evening entertainment like live music + Activities - close aqua sports like water scooters, inside rental cars with good prices, the hotel offers a lot of games like table tennis, darts, archery, aqua sports and so on- Need radical reconstruction - Elevators doesn’t work almost every day, electricity and lights with bad connection, water below going out below toilet and from the shower; Slow wifi (even the paid ones) - Better hand over information - We heard “you can’t” like twenty times (but all people are doing it around you), like being at the pool after 6 PM (next day there were people between 6-8 PM whole the time) smoking at the pool, taking the inflatable bed to the pool, go wet there, going for food 3 minutes after their deadline, parking for a few minutes at the hotel) - discounts and benefits heard from other companies.. there should be a list of rules, recommendations, and benefits and highlighted marks; Someone stole our quick-drying towels at the pool, so maybe some security recommendations into the mentioned recommendation list - More English friendly - Almost no one doesn’t speak other languages than Spanish (except managers, receptionists and some animators) and sometimes we had a feeling that they just don’t listen and just guessing what we want more than poor English, Activities are mainly in Spanish - Restaurants and beverages - Required reservations for dinner outside on Friday and Saturday evening that doesn’t make sense, since half of the tables are empty, there are only hotel guests and there is a super large queue for inside tables; Staff at the restaurant share their stress when they are under the pressure on customers sometimes; The most disgusting juice I have ever drink, burgers and pizza tastes a bit un-fresh, water tastes like from the sea

Hemos estado 12 días. Bajo mi parecer lo peor del hotel las comidas muy poca variedad y los desayunos eran todos los días lo mismo. La animación muy poca y la piscina para la capacidad que tiene el hotel es pequeña. En junio los fin de semanas que estuvimos estaba lleno. Y pediría que se la piscina dejen abierto hasta las 20:00 por lo menos. Cierra a las 18:00 y es cuando más calor hace

We booked a 10 day holiday to Morgan Princess, but we discovered in reviews that it didn't open until 3 days after we arrived and we would be relocated here. Customer service was horrible, they refused to help us, because we booked with booking.com. Everything then happened through booking.com. They wanted to relocate us this hotel, but we did not want to go to, because the reviews were poor. We asked to be relocated to a different hotel in the same chain, for a lower price, with availability, but they refused. They also refused to accommodate us in the original hotel once it opened. Horrible service. ADDITION: The response from the hotel about this review corresponds with their attitude before: they want and take no responsibility for the guests booked at their hotel to use the product and services they provide. When I first rang them, they refused to speak to me and put the phone down on me. Their claim that the hotel had no availability (how would they know this, given that the hotel is not named in the review?), however rooms were advertised as available online. Either the response is a lie or again they were advertising unavailable hotels with the intention of relocating customers to a hotel they did not want to book. My suggestion: check out Bull Eugenia Victoria and Spa hotel instead, it was excellent.

Absolutely stunning service, perfectly clean bedrooms everyday. All the staff is friendly and filled with positive energy. During all breakfasts, lunches and dinners there are plenty of choices including vegetarian and gluten free. Hotel is family friendly, but if you decide to come here alone, you're sure going to enjoy your stay here too. Hotel is also situated 1 minute from the ocean, which is convenient too. Hope to come back again!
