Atualizando para apontar que, embora o hotel diga abaixo "nós entraremos em contato", eles nunca o fizeram. Eles mentiram. Que surpresa!!!! ------- Este hotel é legitimamente perigoso. No decorrer de uma única noite de permanência que durou cerca de 10 horas no total, o alarme de incêndio do meu quarto disparou três vezes, cada vez por pelo menos 15 minutos. O bipe incrivelmente alto e estridente foi, como você pode imaginar, altamente perturbador para uma boa noite de sono. Obviamente, não recebi nenhum valor em minha estadia e uma grande dor de cabeça. Pior ainda, quando tentei informar a equipe, descobri que os telefones do hotel não estavam funcionando. O botão de “emergência” do telefone? Inútil. Quando desci para informar a recepção, esperando pelo menos algum grau de simpatia e possivelmente algo tão pequeno e um café ou garrafa de água, ou qualquer coisa, fui literalmente questionado, como a primeira pergunta após explicar minha terrível provação, “Gostaria que seu recibo fosse impresso ou por e-mail?” Seriamente? Esse é o nível de treinamento que você dá à sua equipe de recepção? Uau. O pior atendimento ao cliente que já experimentei. Não poderia me pagar para voltar aqui. Eu serei contatado pelo Fire Marshall sobre essas realidades incrivelmente inseguras, e seus escritórios corporativos sobre sua falta de cuidado com seus convidados.

Updating to point out that though the hotel says below "we will reach out" they never did. They lied. What a surprise!!!! ------- This hotel is legitimately dangerous. In the course of a single nights stay that lasted about 10 hours total, the fire alarm in my room went off three times, each time for no less than 15 minutes. The incredibly loud, blaring beeping was, as you can imagine, highly disruptive to a good nights sleep. Obviously, I received no value in my stay and significant heartache. Worse, when I attempted to inform the staff I found out the hotel phones were not functioning at all. The “emergency” button on the phone? Useless. When I did go down to inform the front desk, expecting at least some degree of sympathy and possibly something as small and a comped coffee or water bottle, or anything, I was literally asked, as the very first question after explaining my horrific ordeal, “would you like your receipt printed or via email?” Seriously? That’s the level of training you give your front desk staff? Wow. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Could not pay me to return here. I will be contacted the Fire Marshall about these incredibly unsafe realities, and your corporate offices about your lack of care for your guests.

Depois de ler os comentários mistos eu estava um pouco hesitante, mas tivemos uma ótima estadia. Nós escolhemos este hotel porque tínhamos nosso cachorro conosco e eles se orgulham de ser cães.Eles realmente nos fizeram sentir muito bem-vindos. A equipe foi amigável e atenciosa. Comemos no restaurante algumas vezes e a comida era muito boa.O check-in foi super fácil e você é recebido com uma cerveja. Tivemos uma bela vista da piscina com uma cama confortável. Cada quarto tem um toca-discos e um tapete de ioga. A única falha dos quartos é que o banheiro só tem uma porta deslizante em vez de uma porta real. Então, basicamente, privacidade de som ZERO. 🙉Os motivos são bonitos e pitorescos. O pátio externo tem aquecedores e fogueiras agradáveis. A piscina é aquecida e seu bar lateral também é muito fofo.No geral, uma ótima estadia. Nós não tivemos problemas e com certeza ficaríamos lá novamente.

After reading the mixed reviews I was a bit hesitant but we had a really great stay. We chose this hotel because we had our dog with us and they boast being dog friendly. They truly made all of us feel very welcome. The staff was friendly and attentive. We ate at the restaurant a few times and the food was really good. Check in was super easy and you’re greeted with a beer. We had a nice pool view room with a comfy bed. Each room has a record player and a yoga mat. The only flaw of the rooms are that the bathroom only has a sliding door instead of an actual door. So basically ZERO sound privacy. 🙉 The grounds are cute and quaint. The outside patio has heaters and nice fire pits. The pool is heated and their side bar is also really cute. Overall a great stay. We had no issues and we would definitely stay there again.

Eu não sou do tipo que escreve um comentário, mas nossa estadia foi tão decepcionante para o preço de US $ 400- $ 500 que algo tem de ser dito. O terreno do hotel é engraçado e muito claramente um motel antigo que teve uma renovação. O restaurante é incrível, e esse é o único atributo positivo que posso dizer. Os quartos eram terríveis - as camas eram totalmente desconfortáveis, a mobília estava degradada, absolutamente sem comodidades (nem mesmo garrafas de água de cortesia!), E a equipe não era muito amigável. Se esta fosse a minha primeira estadia em um Kimpton, eu não voltaria. Eu esperava que o quarto e a piscina compensassem a localização distante da Funk Zone / State Street, mas não tanto.

No início, fiquei intrigado com a vibração dos anos 60 que o hotel apresentava. Eu esperava que fosse uma boa experiência. Não muito. Primeira coisa ... eles nos cobraram uma taxa de check-in antecipado - o que é completamente absurdo. A sala está aberta. Ninguém precisa disso e ainda assim eles não podem acomodar seus convidados. Eu entendo uma taxa de check-out tardio, mas cedo? Paguei porque queria me arrumar para o casamento que iria assistir. A cama era desconfortável, as tábuas do assoalho tinham vãos e eram preenchidas por algum tipo de fita preta. Não é uma estadia confortável ou agradável. Mais de um motel do que um hotel, mas não o preço do motel. Eu não recomendo nem vou ficar lá novamente.

Love this place! I've stayed hee for business trips and vacation jaunts. Always clean, fun, and has a great bar-restaurant-fire-pit are amazing! Love Gabby and Martin! Made our visit super fun!

At first I was intrigued at the 60’s vibe the hotel presented. I hoped it was going to be a nice experience. Not so much. First thing… they charged us an early check-in fee - which is completely absurd. The room is open. Nobody needs it and yet they can’t accommodate their guests. I understand a late check out fee, but early ? I paid it as I wanted to get ready for the wedding I was attending. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor boards had gaps and were filled by some kind of black tape. Not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. More of a motel than a hotel, but not motel pricing. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay there again.

I'm not the type to write a review, but our stay was THAT disappointing for the $400-$500 price tag that something has to be said. The hotel grounds is cute and very clearly an old motel that got a revamp. The restaurant is awesome, and that's about the only positive attributes I can say. The rooms were terrible - beds were totally uncomfortable, furniture was rundown, absolutely no amenities (not even complimentary water bottles!), and the staff wasn't very friendly. If this were my first stay at a Kimpton, I wouldn't come back. I was hoping the room and pool would make up for the far location from the Funk Zone / State Street, but not so much.

O hotel mais bonito, aconchegante e lindamente decorado em estilo boêmio. Nós realmente nos sentimos em casa e não queríamos sair. Nice quartos arejados, camas e lençóis super confortáveis. A experiência foi uma verdadeira felicidade, se você quer um retiro - este é o lugar para você. Piscina, happy hour de cerveja e vinho de cortesia diariamente, biblioteca de vinil, muito espaço ao ar livre, fogueiras, bar e restaurante espalhados para o exterior. Tem que estar de volta!

Cutest hotel, cozy, beautifully decorated bohemian style. We truly felt like home and didn’t want to leave. Nice Airy rooms, super comfortable beds and sheets. The experience was a true bliss, if you want a retreat - this is place for you. Pool, daily complementary wine and beer happy hour, Vinyl library, lots of outdoor space, fire pits , bar and restaurant spills into the outside. Have to be back!
