“Exceptional hotel that has aged well. Staff were exemplary in their knowledge of the facilities and area and in responding to requests. Staff at the gallery lounge exemplified both the hospitality of the facility and the level of service expected from a storied hotel such as this. Even the house cleaning staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful.Location is ideal for those trying to avoid Manila while still being in the NCR and having access to the dining and shopping it offers.”

“Came to the Pen with old friends whom I used to enjoy the Lobby after a night out.
