“The best hotel in Cancun, Ritz never disappoints! The hotel was very big horizontally. After entering an elegant entrance we were taken to our corner room (got upgraded to Suite!) The hotel window was absolutely gorgeous, we had a living room and a bed room with fluffy pillows, heavenly bed, gorgeous marble flooring in the bathrooms. There were two bathrooms which was nice. Waking up to the sound of the waves and the turquoise blue beach was outstanding.... The pools were so warm and spacious. Staff are super friendly too!”
