“Excellent service, rooms are big and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Spa and pool are big. Eddie the concierge is excellent, beyond helping, kind and attentive.
If you don’t stay there, take a look at the rooftop bar, totally worth the view and ambiance.
The Ritz is The Ritz.

“Rooms are well kept and well cleaned.
The service is surprisingly slow and unmatched by the high standards the hotel supposedly has. The staff both at the restaurants and hotel were polite to us, however, the rooms and service were inconsistent throughout our stay. As per protocol, the hotel charges an extra €200 per room for any additional charges which then takes over a week after check out to refund back into your account. It's a nice antique building with modern amenities but I wouldn't recommend staying for longer than a couple of days.”
