We had an incredible stay at the resort! The customer service was extraordinary and the environment was immaculate. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready when we arrived due to holiday travel, but the staff member at check-in, Amaya, was unbelievably friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect room, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay after such a long journey and the best possible experience from the resort. James at the front desk was also incredibly helpful in the morning to answer my questions.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights (T,W,Th) while he attended a conference and I worked remotely. At first glance, the grounds looked great and the views of the golf course and mountains were beautiful. We parked near our building but there were no Bellman Carts. We each made two trips to bring our belongings to the room and were happy to be in a first floor suite (there are no elevators so that would have added to the challenge). Suite was spacious enough to have two refrigerators (?) yet no microwave. There was a used bar of soap left in shower, an opened pkg of coffee stirrers/sugar, and a spilled bag of Brandini Toffee under the couch. The air filter was filthy. Beautiful grounds do need landscaping HOWEVER the blowers and trimmers were non stop W & Th and LOUD! A landscaper was blowing the exterior hallway and blew dirt and leaves under the door and into the room 2 times. Housekeeping finally came after two calls. Tried to read an exterior ground map but plastic cover was old and scratched (kudos to Ruby who helped us). Walked the path around the course only to encounter a dead bird skeleton that someone duct taped to the fence (honest) by the clubhouse. Jacuzzi by main pool was closed so we had to go to the smaller pool. I can understand an issue or two, but all of these were enough for me to question staying here again.

We had a very quick stay, just one night. That being said they really made an impression in that one night. We got two free drink vouchers on arrival for Bonvoy status, which we redeemed at the adult pool later that day. Leslie was our front desk agent who checked us in, she was great and made the process so easy. Later we went to the fireside lounge for live entertainment, cocktails and light bites. We had a great time, as the temperature began to drop associates offered us blankets while we sat outside. Room was great, vaulted ceilings made it seem even more spacious. A great stay for our quick trip.

Rooms are clean and the bed is VERY comfortable. Price was GREAT for off season. Our children LOVED the water slide!! And they let 42" and above so my fully swimming 5yo was able to go on it!! He was SO EXCITED. I think my children went on down the water slides 100+ times. (They didn't let him at the Shadow Ridge Marriott because it's 48" even though he is an excellent swimmer.)

My family and I had a great time. Everyone from the valet to the pool staff to the bartenders to the waitresses were phenomenal! The service was beyond exceptional. The family pool was a lot of fun, especially the water slides. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We can't wait to come back.

nicely appointed rooms, beautiful grounds, great tennis courts the restaurants. Atmosphere is pretty bland and music is old. No sweet potato fries.

Location Room service food was horrible. Ordered a stone oven pizza and it looked like a microwave pizza that was undercooked. Then no WiFi the entire stay. Had to be on call with tech for over 2 hrs didn't fix and no cell service almost anywhere.
