My family and our dog stayed there for two nights. The staff was very welcoming and definitely brought the hotel to the next level.The root top view was really beautiful! Personally, it would be more amazing if the roof top pool was slightly heated. Due to the fact that it is newly opened, there are still some tiny details can be improved. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Thompson Madrid.The location of the hotel is convenient. You can basically get to anywhere popular in Madrid quickly!

Maravilhoso hotel inaugurado recentemente no coração de Madrid. O terraço tranquilo e bem frequentado. Pessoal muito atencioso. Eles ainda precisam polir alguns aspectos, mas tenho certeza que quando eles tiverem tudo bem filmado será um dos melhores hotéis do centro. Vai ajudar muito a revitalizar a Plaza del Carmen.

Hotel novo na melhor localização de Madrid. Restaurantes e bares estão em todas as direções que você anda. O hotel é sofisticado e o serviço é o melhor que encontrei em um hotel. Adoramos a localização, funcionários simpáticos, cama de apoio confortável, janelas com isolamento acústico e lençóis macios. Ele ainda tem um telhado incrível com bar e vista incrível. Não consigo pensar em nada que não gostamos. Estamos muito felizes por termos reservado este hotel durante a nossa estadia de 5 noites em Madrid.

O hotel é sofisticado e aconchegante. Interior é excelente. A cama deles é super confortável. Os funcionários do hotel são absolutamente os MELHORES - o mesmo que a localização do hotel! A uma curta distância de todos os principais pontos turísticos, incluindo a estação de trem Madrid Atocha para uma viagem de um dia a Toledo. Apesar de o hotel estar no centro de Madrid e de todos os locais que acontecem, o quarto é muito silencioso graças às suas janelas insonorizadas. Eles também têm um telhado incrível com piscina. Eu gostei totalmente da minha experiência de ficar no Thompson Madrid. Eu não consideraria outro hotel se visitar Madri na próxima vez!

Thompson Madrid é absolutamente maravilhoso. É lindamente projetado e a equipe é a melhor que já encontrei. O quarto foi bem decorado e projetado perfeitamente. O banheiro tinha um excelente chuveiro de efeito chuva.Antes de chegarmos, eles chegaram perguntando se precisávamos de ajuda com alguma coisa. Eles nos ajudaram a identificar vários restaurantes maravilhosos. Chegamos a uma nota manuscrita do gerente geral nos dando boas-vindas como um dos primeiros convidados. Vários funcionários desejaram a minha esposa e eu um feliz aniversário.Verdadeiramente uma experiência memorável. Não hesitaremos em ficar novamente.

Fomos os primeiros hóspedes oficiais do Thompson Madrid e não poderíamos ter escolhido um lugar melhor para ficar em nossa lua de mel e aniversário de um ano!Os quartos estão espetacularmente acabados com nogueira, pedra, decoração moderna, guarnição dourada. Parece quente, como voltar para casa, não apenas voltar para qualquer quarto de hotel comum. Nossa suíte júnior era muito espaçosa, tinha uma confortável cama king size, terraço privativo com móveis ao ar livre completos, banheiro completo com o novo chuveiro favorito do meu marido, além de uma banheira de imersão que foi o melhor final para uma longa noite na cidade. As comodidades foram minuciosas e planejadas com extremo detalhe.Localização era central para tudo. Nada mais precisa ser dito, pois é perfeito.O espaço compartilhado do hotel é tão grande. O telhado tem uma vista brilhante de 360 graus da cidade com paredes puramente de vidro que é provavelmente o melhor lugar em Madrid para ver um pôr do sol. É coroado com uma luxuosa piscina e pelo menos 3 bares e restaurante na cobertura, uma vez completamente abertos. Estou ansioso para voltar um dia para vê-lo em pleno esplendor.Por último, mas certamente não menos importante, a equipe é incrivelmente gentil e gentil, atenta a todas as nossas necessidades. Voltamos para pequenos mimos em nosso quarto quase todos os dias, seja frutas frescas ou uma garrafa de vinho ou caramelos, os toques finais realmente tornaram nossa experiência ainda mais memorável.Isso traz nossa primeira viagem a Madri, não consigo imaginar ter ficado em outro lugar. Maravilloso hotel de reciente apertura en pleno centro de Madrid. La terraza tranquila y bien atendida. Personal muy atento. Aún les falta pulir algunos aspectos, pero estoy seguro que cuando tengan todo bien rodado será uno de los mejores hoteles del centro. Ayudará mucho a revitalizar la Plaza del Carmen.

Thompson Madrid is absolutely wonderful. It's beautifully designed and the staff is the best I've ever encountered. The room was well appointed and designed perfectly. The bathroom had an outstanding rain shower. Before we arrived they reached out asking if we needed help with anything. They helped us identify several wonderful restaurants. We arrived to a handwritten note from the general manager welcoming us as one of the first guests. Multiple staff wished my wife and I a happy anniversary. Truly a memorable experience. We won't hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is upscale and cozy. Interior is excellent. Their bed is super comfortable. Hotel staff are absolutely the BEST - same as the hotel location! Walkable distance to all the major sightseeing spots, including the Madrid Atocha train station for a day trip to Toledo. Even though the hotel is in the center of Madrid and all the happening spots, the room is very quiet thanks to their sound proofed windows. They also have an amazing rooftop with a pool. I totally enjoyed my experience of staying at Thompson Madrid. I wouldn’t consider another hotel if I visit Madrid next time!

Brand new hotel in the best location in Madrid. Restaurants and bars are in every direction you walk. The hotel is upscale and service is the best I’ve encountered at a hotel. We love the location, friendly staff, comfortable supportive bed, noise-insulated windows, and smooth sheets. It even has an awesome rooftop with bar and amazing view. I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. We’re so glad we booked this hotel during our 5-night stay in Madrid.

We were the first official guests of the Thompson Madrid and we could not have picked a better place to stay for our honeymoon and one year anniversary! The rooms are spectacularly finished with walnut, stone, modern decor, gilded trim. It feels warm, like coming home, not just back to any ordinary hotel room. Our junior suite was very spacious, had a comfy king bed, private terrace with full outdoor furnishings, a full bathroom with my husband’s new favorite rain shower as well as a soaking tub that was the best end to a long night out on the town. The amenities were thorough and planned to extreme detail. Location was central to everything. Nothing more needs to be said as it is perfect. The hotel shared space is just as grand. The rooftop has a brilliant 360 degree view of the city with purely glass walls that is probably the best place in Madrid to catch a sunset. It is crowned with a luxurious pool and at least 3 rooftops bars and restaurant once completely open. I look forward to coming back one day to see it in full splendor. Last but certainly not least, the staff are incredibly kind and gracious, attentive to our every needs. We returned to little treats in our room nearly every day, whether it was fresh fruit or a bottle of wine or caramels, the finishing touches truly made our experience even more memorable. This bring our first trip to Madrid, I cannot imagine having stayed anywhere else. We are so lucky to have timed our travels right as they opened! Hasta luego! Rex and Scott
