“First time at this hotel so was quite apprehensive especially after reading some of the reviews on TripAdvisor. Has no need to worry, friendly & helpful staff. Fabulous food & plenty of it! Good evening entertainment. Rooms a good size & cleaned every day. Will definitely be returning.”

“Stayed here for 1 night when our flight was delayed due to a sand storm. Our holiday rep was not very helpful and it was very confusing. But Shaun on the reception was very kind and did his very best to help all the people that had been delayed. He was always cheerful and had a great smile😃. The hotel was clean and tidy and the food was very good, first time I enjoyed the breakfast sausages the whole week I was in lanzarote. Good location too right on the beach and close to local shops bars and restraunt.”
