“W doha, is beautiful hotel in the city and it is near the City Center mall, the location is beautiful and the rooms are awesome. I was offered a Wow suite as part of the upgrade, the suite was just wow!! Big rooms and lavish bedroom. I enjoyed the stay there. There is a great lounge and the food is also good. It was great experience.”

“The hotel is great and everyone very nice. However it is 14 January and I have been asking to all of their possible numbers/emails for help since December 20th to help me get a refund for an extra charge they added of a couple hundred USD.
They have continued to say they will follow-up and never respond. I will keep reaching out, but this is absurd.”
