I have been here for over a week and never saw or experienced any of what most of these reviews are saying. Yes there was some things broken, but that is on how the guest handles themselves during the stay abs it cost to get things repaired. This hotel is large so I don't expect things to get fixed in timely fashion. It's an extended stay so I was prepared with my own items for cooking, cleaning, and bathing - I didn't expect them to clean after me daily (this is supposed to be a home away from home). Yes I did smell cig smoke, but that's not on the hotel - that's the guest!!! Plug-ins or candles fixed that issue. I have seen not 1 insect/roach. Linen in room was clean. Staff was professional and friendly- yeah, I did ask some questions they weren't sure about but they did let me know who to go to (or I just researched it on my own). So these reviews.... I'm not understanding at all.

Abandon all hope ye who enter here. A lot of these reviews are talking about how the rooms are gross. I honestly couldn't speak to whether they are or not. The door of our room was broken and couldn't be opened, so they gave us another room. We quickly dropped our stuff off and went to get some dinner. While we were gone they gave our room to someone else. With our stuff still inside. When we came back they told us they didn't know what happened and that there was nothing they could do about it. Fortunately, the ladies who had been given our room overheard us talking to the front desk and gave us our stuff back, (thank you, ladies!) The front desk tried to give us the original room back, but the door still would not open. Long story short, we had to find somewhere else to stay. Save yourself the trouble, don't stay here.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There are roaches here. The towels look like they have never been washed. Kids live here and run around all hours of the night. The “tiles” on the floor are cheaply placed and pop up and slip. There’s pitbulls everywhere. Disgusting stains all on the sheets. And half the channels don’t work on the TV. Do not recommend this place at all! Much worth to spend the extra money in a much safer cleaner environment somewhere else.

Something has to change. Don't know where to start. Bathroom door didn't close, stove didn't work. Had to change hotel in the middle of my stay...Strong cigarette smell. Overall bad experience.

Found hairs and stains on the bedsheets. Found hairs on the towels. And that was within the first 5 minutes of being here. This place is disgusting. Housekeeping isn't on site. Definitely avoid and stay at an Airbnb or another hotel. Let's hope I don't see any roaches from the other reviews.
