Em primeiro lugar, tenho de comentar sobre a equipe. Se não fosse o profissionalismo, a natureza convidativa e a gentileza geral da equipe, eu classificaria de maneira diferente. Eu não posso expressar o suficiente como sou grato a eles. Minha estadia foi de 12 noites. Eu viajei de Seattle para Nova York para uma cirurgia. Fiquei 5 dias no hospital e depois do meu retorno ao hotel estava precisando de muletas para andar. A equipe foi muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a sair de seu caminho para ajudar com todas as minhas necessidades. Desde abrir a porta da entrada principal até correr para o elevador para apertar botões para mim. Eles estavam sempre dispostos a providenciar outros serviços para que minha estadia fosse mais agradável. Eu tenho que avaliar alguns "problemas" com o quarto, que considero corporativo responsável. Eu escolhi a suíte de um quarto para minha estadia prolongada. Achei que o uso da cozinha completa seria vantajoso para economizar um pouco em comer fora em todas as refeições e a lavadora / secadora na unidade também era um ótimo complemento 1. Sistema HVAC - as unidades são datadas e devem ser substituídas. A pessoa de manutenção foi muito informativa e útil na tentativa de remediar os ruídos altos que fazia, mas havia muito que ele era capaz de fazer. Era todo um problema de construção. 2. Lavadora/secadora - Estas foram ótimas unidades feitas pela Bosch. Lavadora funcionou bem, secadora, nem tanto. Levaria cerca de 5 ou 6 horas para reiniciar a secadora para realmente secar suas roupas 3. Água marrom - esta foi uma ocorrência aleatória que durou cerca de uma hora ou mais. Estava vindo de todas as fontes de água. 4. Telefone fixo do quarto - Problema engraçado com este. Os telefones dos quartos são sem fio. Houve uma confusão com o nosso telefone e o telefone de outro quarto. A manutenção tentou remediar, mas estávamos constantemente recebendo chamadas destinadas a outro quarto. Resultado geral da experiência, eu ficaria aqui novamente. A classificação do serviço ao cliente para mim é muito ponderada por causa do meu campo de carreira. Mantenho-me a padrões elevados e, mesmo nos meus piores dias, nunca deixo que isso afete as minhas responsabilidades no trabalho. Obrigado por ler.

Disorganized and very bad when it comes to paperwork. They keep asking the same thing over and over again and threatening to kick us out despite having 2 credit cards on file. Never again!😡

First and foremost, I have to comment on the staff. If it were not for the professionalism, inviting nature and overall kindness of the staff, I would rate differently. I can not express enough how grateful I am of them. My stay was 12 nights. I traveled from Seattle to NYC for surgery. I had 5 day hospital stay and after my return to the hotel I was needing crutches to walk. The staff was very attentive and always willing to go out of their way to assist with any and all of my needs. From opening the main entrance door to rushing to the elevator to push buttons for me. They were always willing to arrange other services for me to make my stay more enjoyable. I do have to rate some "issues" with the room, which I hold corporate accountable. I chose the one bedroom suite for my extended stay. I figured use of the full kitchen would be advantageous for saving a little on eating out for every meal and the in-unit washer/dryer was also a great add-on 1. HVAC system - the units are dated and should be replaced. The maintenance person was very informative and helpful on trying to remedy the loud noises it made, but there was only so much he was able to do. It was a whole building problem. 2. Washer/dryer - These were great units made by Bosch. Washer did fine, dryer, not so much. It would take roughly 5 or 6 hours of restarting the dryer to actually dry your clothes 3. Brown water - this was a random occurrence that lasted for about an hour or so. Was coming from every water source. 4. Room landline - Funny issue with this one. The room phones are cordless. There was a mix up with our phone and another room's phone. Maintenance tried to remedy, but we were constantly getting calls meant for another room. Overall experience result, I would stay here again. Customer service rating for me is weighted heavily because of my career field. I hold myself to high standards and even on my worst of days, I never let that affect my responsibilities while on the job. Thank you for reading.

Extremamente desapontado . Fiquei aqui uma semana, havia um homem que trabalhava lá que era muito doce e gentil e acolhedor e outro que está na porta da frente não ajuda com as malas nada extremamente rude disse que não falava inglês. Acabei de passar por uma grande cirurgia e expliquei à equipe que precisava de ajuda e não podia fazer nenhum trabalho pesado, mas literalmente ele simplesmente não ajudou com minhas malas tão chateadas. muito decepcionado com a forma como fomos tratados depois de ficar uma semana na cobertura. Agradecemos que o representante de atendimento ao cliente entre em contato comigo diretamente.

Really nice apt hotel in the heart of NYC. Very clean and close to all the action in Manhattan ! I got the studio !

Extremely disappointed . Stayed here one week, there is one man who worked there who was very sweet and kind and welcoming and then another one who is at the front door doesn’t help with bags nothing extremely rude said he didn’t speak English. I just had a major surgery snd explained to the staff that I needed help and I couldn’t do any heavy lifting at all but literally he just didn’t help With my bags so upset. very disappointed with how we were treated after staying one week in the penthouse. Would appreciate customer service rep to reach out to me directly.

El lugar perfecto para alojarse.Estudios y departamentos de muy buen conford. Super equipado. Personal muy atento. La ubicación ideal, en el corazon de Time Square pero muy tranquilo.

Angie foi incrível quando liguei para fazer perguntas. Ela também era uma pessoa encantadora e cuidava muito bem de nós. Este é um ótimo lugar para uma estadia prolongada com cozinha completa com eletrodomésticos bonitos e até mesmo uma geladeira Sub Zero. O quarto era o quarto mais silencioso que já experimentei em NY. Eles têm um grande deck na cobertura e área de estar também. Amamos conversar com Cesar, que foi muito útil durante a nossa estadia. Excelente localização central, perto de restaurantes, lojas e linhas de metrô.

Angie was amazing when I called to ask questions. She was a delight in person as well and took great care of us. This is a great place for an extended stay with full kitchen with nice appliances and even a Sub Zero fridge. The room was the quietest room I have ever experienced in NY. They have a great rooftop deck and lounge area, too. Loved chatting with Cesar, who was really helpful during our stay. Great central location close to restaurants, shops, and subway lines.

The staff are fantastic. Great attitude. Friendly and warm at all times. On top of it when it comes to information about the workings of the hotel as well as things in the surrounding area. Hotel was beautiful, clean, stylish.

This place is amazing! They worked with us when the Texas storm hit! And 3 weeks later we are here! Everything that you would need is available in the room... The only downsides... No view, anda $500 deposit... Other than that place is amazing!!!

Excelente ubicación. Nada de ruido. Apartamento con buenas camas y completo con los electrodomésticos. Un detalle: el café de la mañana en la azotea que puedes llevar a la habitación. El personal muy amable

Excelente atención y servicio de todo el staff!! Siempre con una sonrisa. Unas suites muy amplias y limpias. La ubicación es de lo mejor para estar en el medio de Manhattan cerca de todo. Una cadena que recomiendo probar alguna vez ya que es toda una experiencia agradable.
