“The hotel is nice and the room I received was beautiful. The front desk and porters were attentive and helpful.The restaurant and breakfast was a deal breaker. I arrived at 8 PM and went to the in house restaurant and was seated. There was one patron already in the restaurant and one waiter. The waiter spent his time chatting with the female patron and took over ten minutes to attend to me. I ordered a burger and he had to check to see if they had one which they did not . How is it possible you cannot have a burger? I ordered the club sandwhich and a glass of milk....the waiter told me they did not have milk without even checking. I needed the milk to settle my stomach and could not eat the sandwhich. I went to the front desk to request if they could send someone out for milk which I would gladly pay for their trouble. They looked at me strangely and said they would do so but it would be simpler if they got it from the kitchen. I told them the waiter told me there was no milk...they said that is not right...please go to your room and we will deliver it. Two minutes latter the very waiter who said there was no milk delivered it. The next morning when i went to breakfast the offering was poor at best. You could hear staff in the kitchen but no one while I was there ever came out to check on the few patrons or replenish the food items. The food items were few and of poor qualty. I sampled the scrambled eggs and they were luke warm and of runny with a slight green cast. This in contrast to the Casa Andina Premium where I had spent my first few nights. Their breakfast and food items were over the top. There were numerous breads, sweets, juices, flavored waters, fruits, yogurts, cereals, cereals, hot items and eggs cooked to order. I realize that the "Premium" is a more expensive hotel but the breakfast and staff were at the "San Blas" and dining was lower than half a star. I would never recommend the "San Blas" if the restaurant was of any importance.”

“Nós tivemos uma ótima estadia na Casa Andina San Blas. O café da manhã é bom e sai cedo para as pessoas que vão em passeios ou acordam cedo para ver a cidade antes que ela fique agitada.Nós realmente gostamos da área de estar fora do nosso quarto com uma bela vista da cidade.Os quartos eram muito bons, com uma cama super confortável. Tenho 1,98 m de altura e o chuveiro era muito curto para mim, mas isso provavelmente era uma restrição de trabalhar em um prédio antigo. O chuveiro era quente e eu sentei para lavar o cabelo.Achamos a sala um pouco abafada às vezes e um ventilador ou algum tipo de circulação de ar teria sido bom, especialmente no banheiro.Belo edifício, ótima localização, equipe simpática / compassiva e uma sensação muito segura.Lugar muito bom.”
